Book an AMC for Your Packaging Machines
Book AMC cover for strapping, carton sealing, wrapping and sealing machines in a few steps. Send your machine list and shift pattern, we check the site, and you get a written contract to read before anything is signed.
- Visit AMC within Delhi NCR
- Written per machine and shift
- Exclusions listed in the contract
- Remote plan for sites outside NCR

Who should book an annual maintenance contract
An AMC pays for itself when an unplanned stop costs more than the contract. These are the cases where it usually does.
Machines on two or three shifts
Heavy running wears blades, belts and rollers on a steady schedule. Planned visits change them before they fail mid-shift.
Dispatch with fixed cut-off times
If a stopped strapper or sealer means missed trucks or courier pickups, a contract puts checks on the calendar instead of on luck.
Several machines on one site
Strappers, sealers and wrappers covered on one visit plan cost less effort to manage than separate calls for each breakdown.
Plants that need service records
Audits and customer quality checks often ask for a maintenance log. Each AMC visit leaves a written record.
Not sure? Ask first
A sealer used for an hour a day rarely needs a contract. We will tell you when a spare kit is the smarter buy.
Start your AMC booking
Choose the machine type, then list the models, how many of each, the shifts they run and your site PIN code. If you have several sites, name each one. We reply to arrange the site check.

What we need from you to draft the contract
An annual maintenance contract for a packaging machine is only as good as the details behind it. The more of this you send at the start, the closer the first draft will be to the final one.
- Machine list with model, serial number and year of purchase. Plate photos are ideal.
- Shift pattern: one, two or three shifts, and working days per week.
- Run rate: rough boxes, straps or pallets per shift for each machine.
- Consumables you buy: strap size, tape width, film type.
- Site address and PIN code, plus the gate and access rules for visitors.
- A contact person on the shop floor who can sign visit reports.
- Recent faults, if any, so known problems are looked at on the first visit.

From enquiry to the first scheduled visit
The steps below apply to visit-based contracts in Delhi NCR. A remote plan for other regions skips the site check.
You send the machine list
Use the form, WhatsApp +91 95822 69346, or write to [email protected] with the list attached.
Site check by an engineer
We look at each machine's condition, how it is used and the power and air it gets. If a machine needs repair before cover can start, we tell you.
Draft contract for you to read
It names every machine covered, visit frequency, parts included, breakdown terms and exclusions. Ask for changes before signing.
Start date agreed
Cover begins on a date written in the contract, with the first visit fixed around your quietest shift.
Visits and reports
Each visit ends with a report your supervisor signs, listing parts changed and anything to watch.
What the written contract spells out
Read these lines carefully before signing. Each is decided for your machines, not copied from a template.
| Clause | What it states | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|---|
| Machines covered | Model and serial number of each unit | A machine not on the list is not covered |
| Visit schedule | How many visits a year, linked to your shifts | Plan production around them |
| Wear parts per visit | Which parts are replaced, if parts are included | Shows what you still buy yourself |
| Breakdown terms | How a stoppage call is handled between visits | Sets expectations in writing, not on a phone call |
| Exclusions | Consumables, power-fault damage, misuse, unauthorised changes | Avoids disputes later |
| Term and renewal | Start date, end date and how renewal is decided | No automatic roll-over without a fresh look |
Strapping machines on contract
A semi automatic strapper on a busy dispatch floor is one of the machines that most often justifies an AMC. Its heater blade, cutter and feed rollers wear at a pace you can predict from the strap count.
On a visit the engineer checks weld strength on your own boxes, cleans strap dust from the head, looks at the rollers and belts, and resets tension for the strap you actually buy. Parts that will not last to the next visit are flagged or changed, as your contract says.
The same approach applies to carton sealers and turntable wrappers. For what each kind of plan includes, compare the AMC plan types.

Sites outside Delhi NCR
Engineers travel from Faridabad to sites in Delhi NCR only, so a visit contract cannot be offered elsewhere. For plants in other states, we write a remote arrangement instead: a named contact for phone and video help, a spares kit sized to your shifts kept on your shelf, and parts sent from Faridabad as the plan lists them. Your own fitter does the hands-on work with our guidance.
Tell us your city on the form and we will explain what this looks like for your machines. The supply coverage page shows how dispatch to your region works.
Getting your site ready for AMC visits
A visit spent waiting for power or a gate pass is a visit wasted. Before each scheduled date:
- Keep the machines free for the visit window, or plan it on a lighter shift.
- Have the consumable you normally run loaded, not a sample roll.
- Make sure power and compressed air are on at the machine.
- Keep the operator who runs the machine daily available to show faults.
- Keep the last visit report and your daily upkeep log handy so open points are checked first.
- Arrange the gate pass or safety induction in advance if your plant needs one.
Renewal, added machines and changes mid-year
Near the end of the term we go through the visit reports with you. If a machine ran fewer shifts than planned, the next contract can be lighter. If you added a line, new machines can be written in at renewal or added by a written amendment during the year.
A machine still in warranty can go on AMC too; its warranty for manufacturing defects keeps running alongside it. Read the warranty terms and the spares and AMC overview for how the two fit together.
Questions people ask
How much does an AMC cost?
There is no fixed price list. The cost depends on the machines, how hard they run, the number of visits and whether wear parts are included. You get a written quotation after the site check, before you commit to anything.
Can I book AMC for a machine bought from another supplier?
Send the plate photo and model. We look at it during the site check and tell you honestly if we can maintain it and get the parts. Some makes we can cover and some we cannot.
Is AMC available outside Delhi NCR?
A visit-based contract is not. Outside Delhi NCR we offer a remote arrangement with phone and video support and a spares kit on your shelf. Your own fitter does the hands-on work while we guide by video.
Will you tell me if my machine does not need an AMC?
Yes. A lightly used sealer or a pallet truck in occasional use often does better with a few spare parts kept in stock. We say so rather than selling a contract you do not need.
Are consumables included in the contract?
No. Strap, tape, film and stretch wrap are what the machine uses up, so they are excluded. Wear parts may be included depending on the plan, and the contract lists them by name.
Can I cover machines at more than one site?
Yes, if each site is inside Delhi NCR the contract can list machines by site with their own visit plan. Sites outside NCR go on a remote arrangement written alongside it.
Who carries out the service visits?
Visits on PackForge machines are carried out by Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd., the company that builds them at Faridabad. The contract states this clearly.
