Customer Stories

A page of testimonials is easy to write and worth very little, which is why this one is built differently. Below is what actually happens between us and a plant after a machine goes in — the kinds of problems that come back to us, and what we do about them.

Reviews on this page are real ones or none. We are collecting them properly rather than writing them, and they will appear here with the buyer's name, city and machine as they give it to us. If you have bought from us, there is an invitation at the bottom of this page and it takes about a minute.

The problems that actually come back to us

After some years of doing this the same handful of situations recur, and they are not the ones a brochure would predict:

  • The seal that fails after an hour. Almost never the machine. Usually a change of strap or film that nobody logged, or a heater blade past its life. Two questions on the phone normally find it.
  • The machine that was too big. A plant buys for the volume it hopes to reach rather than the volume it runs, and the machine spends two years underused. We now push back on this at the shortlist stage even when it costs us the larger sale.
  • The line that stopped for one part. A ten-rupee cutter holding up a shift. This is why wear parts are stocked for every model we sell, and why we recommend a kit on the order rather than after the first stoppage.
  • The doorway. More machine selections have been decided by a gate width than by any specification sheet. We ask about the route in before quoting, and buyers are sometimes surprised that we do.
  • The operator nobody trained. A machine set up correctly and then run by a second shift that was never shown it. The settings drift within a fortnight and the machine gets the blame.

What we do differently, and why

Because the machines are built here rather than bought and re-badged, the person you get on the phone can walk to a machine of the same model and look at it while you describe the fault. That single fact removes most of the delay from a support call.

It also means we can be specific about what we did not build. The agriculture line, and the office, safety and bags ranges, are bought in — and every page in those ranges says so. A supplier who blurs that line is a supplier who will blur other things.

Send us yours

If you run one of our machines, we would like to hear how it has gone — including if it has gone badly. A complaint tells us more than a compliment, and both get published as written rather than edited into marketing copy.

Send it on WhatsApp to +91 95822 69346, or write it in an email. Tell us the machine, your city, and what it has been like to run. Say whether we may use your company name or whether you would rather it appeared as the industry and the city only — we will do exactly what you say.

What you will not find here

No stock photographs of people we have never met, no star rating averaged from nothing, and no reviews written in this office. If this page is thin, that is because it is honest, and it will fill up with real entries rather than convincing-sounding ones.

How a review will be shown here

When reviews go up, they will carry the buyer's name or company as given, the city, the machine, and the month. No stars invented, no average calculated from nothing, and no count printed that is larger than the number of reviews on the page.

You will be able to filter by machine range, so a buyer looking at a carton sealer reads about carton sealers rather than about pallet trucks.

If a review describes a problem, the reply we gave will be published with it. A page where nothing ever went wrong is a page nobody believes, and how a supplier handled a fault is more useful to a buyer than another five-star line.

Why we are not buying reviews

Reviews can be bought, and in this industry they routinely are. We are not doing it, for two reasons that have nothing to do with virtue.

The first is that a buyer purchasing a machine of this value checks. They ring the company named in the review. A fabricated reference discovered at that point does not cost you a review; it costs you the order and the reputation.

The second is that fake reviews carry real legal exposure for the company publishing them under Indian consumer protection law. Neither risk is worth a page of pleasant sentences.

So this page fills up slowly and honestly, and what is on it can be verified.

Questions we are asked

Why are there no testimonials on this page yet?

Because we are collecting real ones rather than writing them. They will appear here with the buyer's name, city and machine, as given to us.

Can I leave a review anonymously?

Yes. Tell us and it will appear as the industry and the city rather than your company name.

Will you publish a negative review?

Yes, as written. A page with only five-star entries tells a buyer nothing.

Can I speak to an existing customer before I buy?

Ask. Where a customer has agreed to it we will put you in touch, and where they have not we will say so rather than inventing a reference.

How do I know these reviews are real?

Ask us for the contact, and where the customer has agreed we will put you in touch. Where they have not agreed, we will tell you that rather than inventing a reference.

Will you show the machine each reviewer bought?

Yes, and the city. That is what makes a review useful to the next buyer.
