PackForge Compact Carton Sealing Machine for Small Cartons

What is a compact carton sealing machine?

Once it is set for your box, the belts grip the carton and draw it through at about 18 to 20 m per minute. On the way, one head lays BOPP tape along the top seam and another does the bottom seam, cutting each strip as the box leaves. That gives around 800 to 1,000 sealed cartons an hour while drawing only about 0.2 kW. The whole frame measures roughly 1,000 x 750 x 1,250 mm, so it fits beside a packing table.

Pharma, cosmetics, spare-part and small e-commerce packers sending out small boxes daily are its natural users. At 100 to 120 kg it can go up to an upper-floor unit or shift between benches. Pair it with good BOPP tape and a firm packing table. If heavy cartons or many sizes fill the shift, step up to the Semi Automatic Carton Sealing Machine.
