What this range covers

Material handling equipment from the PackForge range - pallet trucks, stackers, table trucks and reel stackers - supplied, installed and serviced by Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad.

It goes further than the hand pallet truck range, because it includes machines that lift rather than only move. A stacker raises a pallet to a rack or a machine bed; a table truck brings a load up to working height so it is not lifted by hand; a reel stacker handles paper and film reels, which are heavy, round and awkward to grip.

It suits warehouses, printing and packaging plants, and any works where the loads that injure people are the ones lifted between floor and bench.

Choosing the right one

Say what you are lifting and how high. Moving a pallet along the floor and putting it on a rack are different machines, and the lift height is the first number we need.

Then the load: weight, footprint and whether it is on a pallet, a reel or loose. A reel stacker and a pallet stacker are not interchangeable.

Then the space and the floor. Aisle width, doorway height and floor condition rule out more options than capacity does, so measure the tightest point on the route.

What this range will not do

These are PackForge catalogue machines, not built at the PackForge works.

A stacker is not a forklift. It is built for defined loads and heights and should not be used beyond them.

None of this equipment is for use on slopes, broken floors or outdoors unless it is specified for it.

And equipment does not replace training. Whoever operates it needs to be trained on it.

What is the difference between a pallet truck and a stacker?

A pallet truck lifts a pallet just clear of the floor to move it. A stacker raises it to height - onto a rack, a machine or a trailer. If you need to put loads up, you need a stacker.

How to choose material handling equipment – weight, height and distance

Begin with three numbers: the heaviest load, how high it has to go, and how far it moves. A truck that pulls 2.5 tonnes along the floor cannot put a pallet on a rack. A stacker can, at a higher rate.

Floor, rack or truck body?

Most godowns start with a hand pallet truck. It needs no power, and you pick nylon or PU wheels to match the floor surface. Where staff bend over a pallet all day to load or unload it, the PT1.5HL raises it to 800 mm and doubles as a work table. For racking, the PS2.0 lifts by hand pump. Rated capacity falls with lift height, so compare its load chart with the height of your top beam. The PS1.5S lifts by a battery motor while the operator pushes. The TLC conveyor runs on 440 V three phase, so check the dock supply.

Drums need their own kit

The DT0.5 chains a 572 mm steel drum to its frame and rolls it off (₹38,528 + ₹6,935 GST). The DT0.3 grips the rim and lifts the drum up to 400 mm off the floor (₹43,008 + ₹7,741 GST). The DS0.35 adds a hand-wheel tilt for decanting.

Understand the Requirement Before Buying Material Handling Equipment

What moves? Pallets, drums, reels, loose cartons or bulk material.
How heavy? From 150 kg on a platform trolley to 2.5 tons on the hand pallet truck.
Move, lift or both? A pallet truck raises a pallet only about 200 mm to move it; reaching racking needs a stacker.
