PackForge TW450 Cling Film Wrapping Sealer

What is a cling film wrapping sealer like the TW450?

Food-grade cling film is drawn from the roll over the filled tray and stretched so the top lies smooth. The operator tucks the loose ends below the base and sets the tray on the heated plate. At 160 deg C the plate fuses those folded layers together, so the cover stays tight on its own. Trays up to 420 mm across can be sealed, and the 300 W heater runs off a 220 V socket.

Supermarket fresh sections, sabzi and fruit shops, butchers' counters and hotel kitchens wrapping trays all day are typical users. It weighs 6.5 kg in a 610 x 470 x 120 mm stainless steel type body, so it shifts between counters easily. Cling film keeps trays tidy but adds little shelf life; for that, look at a vacuum packing machine instead.
