What is a continuous band sealer like the CS900?

Two moving bands catch the pouch mouth and pull it through a heated zone, a cooling zone and the coding wheel without stopping. Heat is adjustable up to 300 deg C and belt speed from 0 to 12 metre per minute, so the operator matches both to the film, which can be up to 0.08 mm. The seal comes out 8 to 10 mm wide. The 840 x 153 mm conveyor supports packs up to 3 kg, and the whole machine draws 650 W.

Namkeen, sweets, spice, tea, dry fruit and pharma units that now seal too many pouches for a hand sealer are the usual fit. Take the 37 kg CS900V for powders or granules that must stay at the bottom, and the 32 kg CS900L for flat items. For gas inside the pack, step up to the CS900AF; bigger, heavier bags go to the CS900LW / VW or the CS1100.
