In-House Manufacturing at Our Faridabad Works
Fabrication, assembly, wiring and testing for the PackForge range happen at our own works in Faridabad, so the specification you order is one we control.

In-house machine manufacturing, explained plainly
Ask a supplier who made a machine and the answer is often several companies deep: a plant overseas, an importer, a trader, and finally a sticker with a brand name on it. PackForge Industries keeps that chain short. We are a packaging machine manufacturer in Faridabad, Haryana, and a division of Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd. Metal parts are fabricated at our works, the machine is assembled and wired by our own people, and it is run on its consumable before it is packed. That is all we mean by in-house machine manufacturing.
It does not mean that every component is made here, and we would rather say so clearly than let a buyer assume it. Sealing heads, motors, pneumatic parts and control components come from established suppliers in China and Taiwan. The page on imported machine components and how they are checked covers that side in detail. What stays in our hands is the part that decides how a machine behaves on your floor: the structure, the fit of the parts, the wiring and the final test.
What is built at our Faridabad works
PackForge has been building machines for 15 years, and the range has grown out of the jobs buyers brought to us. Today the works covers packing-line machines and material handling equipment, alongside a farm machinery line. The table below separates what we manufacture from what we import or buy in, because a buyer comparing quotations should know which is which.
| Product line | How it reaches you |
|---|---|
| Strapping machines – fully automatic, semi automatic arch type and low table top | Fabricated, assembled, wired and run-tested at Faridabad |
| Carton sealing machines – semi automatic, compact and automatic random size-adjusting | Fabricated, assembled, wired and run-tested at Faridabad |
| Turntable stretch wrappers and box wrapping machines with top press | Fabricated, assembled, wired and run-tested at Faridabad |
| Hydraulic hand pallet trucks, drum carriers and lifters | Built at Faridabad |
| Hand impulse sealers, 8 to 24 inch | Built and run-tested at Faridabad |
| Agriculture and farming machinery | Manufactured by PackForge |
| A selected range of imported machines | Imported complete from established makers in China and Taiwan, with Indian spares support and service |
| Office stationery, safety products and bags | Not made by us – sourced from other makers and resold |
If a product page leaves you unsure which group a model falls into, ask. We will tell you before you order, not after the machine has arrived.
Fabrication: the frame decides how the machine runs
Many faults that appear after a few months on a packing line trace back to something moving that should be still. A strapping arch that flexes feeds strap unevenly. A carton sealer whose side rails are out of line tapes every box slightly off square. A pallet truck chassis carries the whole load each time the handle is pumped. None of these is cured by a stronger motor. They are cured by a frame that was cut, formed and joined correctly in the beginning.
Fabrication at our works covers cutting, forming and joining the metal parts and finishing them before they reach the assembly bench. Because this happens under the same roof as assembly, a fitter who finds a bracket out of line sends it back a few metres to be corrected instead of forcing it into place. That short loop is hard to keep when frames arrive by truck from another factory and the people who made them are not around to ask.
If your line needs something different from the standard model, raise it at the enquiry stage. We will tell you plainly whether it can be done on our frame and what it changes in price and delivery.
Assembly and wiring by the same team
Once the frame is ready, the working parts go on: drives and belts, rollers, tape heads or sealing heads, pneumatic cylinders on the models that use air, and the control panel. Each machine is then wired at the works. For a buyer, doing both jobs in one place has two practical results.
- The machine can be wired for your supply. An export buyer who tells us the voltage, phase and frequency at the destination gets a machine built for that supply, rather than one that needs a converter on arrival.
- The spare part matches what was fitted. Because we assembled the machine, the order reference or the serial plate tells us which parts went into it. A replacement heater blade, belt or timer board is the same part, not a near equivalent picked from a catalogue.
The second point matters more than it sounds. Part names vary between suppliers, and a part that is nearly right can work for a week and then start failing on and off, which costs more cartons than an outright breakdown. Our spare parts and AMC support works from the build record, and that is only possible when the build happened here.
Run-testing before every dispatch
Every PackForge machine is run before it is packed. Where possible the test uses the consumable the machine will meet in your plant, because a machine set up on one material can behave differently on another. A strapping machine adjusted for one PP strap thickness, for example, will misbehave on a different one, and the machine usually gets the blame. Tell us the strap, tape or film you buy and the test can be set up on it.
- The machine is powered on the supply it was wired for, and switches and indicators are checked.
- Moving parts are run without load: belts track straight, rollers turn freely, the conveyor or turntable runs smoothly.
- The working cycle is run with consumable: strap is fed, tensioned, sealed and cut; tape is applied and cut on a carton; film is wrapped or sealed.
- Hand-operated equipment such as a pallet truck is worked through its lift and release.
- The machine is cleaned, packed with its manual and dispatched with a GST invoice.
The hand impulse sealer has its own bench-level checks, set out step by step on the page inside the PackForge impulse sealer factory.
Why in-house manufacturing matters to a buyer
For a purchase manager, dealing with the maker rather than a reseller changes a few everyday things. None of them is dramatic. Together they decide how much time a machine costs you after the invoice is paid.
- One phone number for everything. Price, delivery date, a spare part, a service visit and the next machine are all answered by the company that built the last one.
- A model that stays the same model. When we change something in a design, we know about it, and so does the engineer who comes to service your machine.
- Delivery across India. Delivery is free anywhere in India: about 3 days to metro cities and about 5 to 6 days to other places. Enter your PIN code on a product page to see the expected date.
- A works you can visit. Buyers and dealers are welcome to see machines being built, by appointment. Call +91 95822 69346 to fix a time.
Machines built here have gone to factories, warehouses, exporters, shops and farms in every zone of India – North, South, East, West, Central and the North-East – and to buyers in African markets. For most of those 15 years that reach was built through dealers, site visits and repeat orders from plants already running our machines.
Quality system, records and after-sales service
PackForge works under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. On the shop floor that means the way a machine is built is written down and followed, incoming components are checked before they are fitted, and each machine carries a serial plate that links it to its order. When a buyer calls with a problem, that record is where our engineers start.
On your side, keep the serial number and the invoice together from the day the machine arrives. A spares order or a service call moves faster with both to hand. When you describe a fault, say what the machine is doing – a strap that does not tighten, tape that lifts at one corner – rather than guessing which part has failed. The symptom tells us more than a part name.
Annual maintenance contracts, preventive service and breakdown support are handled by our own service engineers, and wear parts are stocked for every model we sell. For what is covered after purchase, read our warranty terms.
Buying direct, in bulk or for export
In 2026 PackForge came online. Our products are listed on e-commerce marketplaces, and this website is our own store, where you see the price, place the order directly with the manufacturer and receive a GST invoice for input credit.
Larger requirements are handled differently. Bulk orders of at least 50 pieces, or an order value of ₹5 lakh or more, are served at your location through an authorised dealer or from our Head Office. Details are on the distributor and bulk supply page.
Buyers in Africa are served too. PackForge ships to African markets and takes care of the export packing, the shipping documents and the freight. Read about export orders and documentation before you send an export enquiry.

Questions we are asked about this
Where are PackForge machines manufactured?
PackForge is a machine maker based in Faridabad, Haryana, and builds at its own works there. Strapping, carton sealing and wrapping machines, hand impulse sealers and material handling equipment are fabricated, assembled, wired and run-tested on site. A selected range of complete machines is imported from established makers in China and Taiwan, and the office, safety and bag lines are bought in.
Are all the parts of a PackForge machine made in India?
No. Sealing heads, motors, pneumatic parts and control components are imported from established suppliers in China and Taiwan and inspected at Faridabad before assembly. The frame, the assembly, the wiring and the run-test are done at our works. We state this openly so you know exactly what you are buying.
Can I visit the PackForge works before ordering?
Yes. Buyers and dealers are welcome by appointment. Call +91 95822 69346 or send a WhatsApp message to fix a date and time. If you share your carton size, load weight or line speed beforehand, we can have a suitable machine ready to show you.
Is every machine tested before it is dispatched?
Yes. Every machine is run-tested at the works before it is packed, on the type of strap, tape or film it is meant to use. If you tell us the consumable you buy, the test can be set up on that material, which avoids surprises at installation.
Can you build a machine for a different electrical supply?
For export orders, tell us the voltage, phase and frequency at the destination when you enquire, and the machine is built for that supply. Sorting this out after the machine has arrived is expensive, so it belongs in the quotation stage, not later.
How long has PackForge been manufacturing machines?
PackForge has been building machines at Faridabad for 15 years. For most of that time we sold through dealers, site visits and repeat orders. In 2026 we came online, and our products are now listed on e-commerce marketplaces and sold on this website.
Do I have to buy through a dealer?
No. You can order directly on this website with a GST invoice and free delivery across India. Bulk requirements of 50 pieces or more, or ₹5 lakh and above, are served at your location through an authorised dealer or from our Head Office in Faridabad.
