A single machine ships from stock or the next build. A batch is planned.

Batch build

Machines of one model are built together on a planned slot, with matching parts and settings, so every unit in the order behaves the same way on your floor.

Inspection before dispatch

You or your inspector can come to Faridabad and watch units run before they are packed. Tell us at the enquiry stage so the date is planned in.

Dispatch in stages

Deliveries can follow your store openings or project milestones instead of arriving all at once and filling your godown.

One spares pack for the batch

Instead of loose spares with each box, a combined wear-parts pack can be sent to your central store, sized to the number of machines.

Consolidated documents

Serial numbers, test records and GST invoices are grouped for the whole order, which makes asset entry and audits easier for your accounts team.

Several delivery points

Machines can go to different PIN codes from one order. Delivery inside India is free, and the quotation lists each destination.

We do not promise any OEM change in advance. What is possible depends on the model and the quantity, and each point is confirmed in writing on your quotation.

How a batch is built and checked

Each machine in a bulk order follows the same route at our works: assembly, wiring, a run on test packs, and a check of the settings before packing. Bought-in parts such as sealing heads, motors and pneumatics are checked at Faridabad before they are fitted.

For a batch, we record the serial number and test result of every unit. If you attend the inspection, you see your own machines running, not a showroom sample.

How a bulk or OEM order moves

The route below assumes a batch of one or more models. Single machines follow the normal buying path.

Send the list
Models or the packs to be handled, quantity of each, delivery points, required dates and any OEM points.
Feasibility reply
We say which OEM points are possible for those models and quantities, and which are not.
Written quotation
Price, specification, OEM points, build slot, dispatch plan and warranty are set out on one document.
Approvals
Where your marking is involved, you approve the artwork or sample before the batch is built.
Build, inspect, dispatch
The batch is built and run-tested, you inspect if you wish, and machines ship on the agreed plan.

What to put in your enquiry

The more of this you send, the closer the first quotation will be.

Model names or SKUs, or a description of the pack each machine must handle.
Quantity per model, and whether repeat orders are likely over the year.
Delivery PIN codes, or the destination country and port for export.
Target dates, and whether staged dispatch would help you.
OEM points you want to ask about: marking, colour, voltage, manual language, carton marking.
The strap, tape or film you already buy, so machines are set for it.
Billing name, GSTIN and the address the quotation should carry.

Bulk export orders

For buyers in African markets, we pack machines for sea or air freight, prepare the shipping documents and arrange freight. Prices are quoted EXW, FOB or CIF. Payment is by advance or letter of credit; send us the LC draft to check before your bank opens it, so terms match what we can ship.

Office stationery, safety products and bags are bought in, not built by us. If they are on your list, the quotation marks those lines clearly, and OEM changes generally do not apply to them.

Questions people ask

Can you put our brand name on the machines?

It depends on the model and the quantity. Some machines have space for a label or plate and some do not. If it is possible for your order, it is written on the quotation before you commit.

Is there a minimum quantity for bulk supply?

There is no single minimum for every machine. What matters is the model and what you are asking for. Plain bulk orders are easier; OEM points usually need a larger quantity, confirmed on the quotation.

Can I inspect the machines before they are dispatched?

Yes. You or your inspector can visit our Faridabad works and see units of your batch run before they are packed. Mention it in your enquiry so the date is planned.

Can a bulk order be delivered to several locations?

Yes. One order can be split across several PIN codes in India, with free delivery to each. The quotation lists each destination and its dispatch date.

Do bulk buyers get the same warranty?

Yes. Every machine carries at least 12 months of warranty from invoice against manufacturing defects, and PackForge impulse sealers carry their own longer cover. Export warranty is written on the export quotation.

Can machines be supplied for 110 volt or another plug type?

For some models, yes; for others the motor or controls do not allow it. Tell us the voltage, phase and plug type, and we confirm on the quotation.

Do you take payment on the website for bulk orders?

No. Standard items can be paid online at checkout, but a bulk order is confirmed on a written quotation first, and its payment terms are set out there, with a GST invoice for every dispatch.
