Delivery & Dispatch Across India

Machines leave our works in Faridabad, Haryana on road freight. What follows is how they are packed, why delivery is free, and what you can do at your end so the machine is running the day it arrives instead of standing in a corridor.

Delhi NCR Same-Day Delivery (within 4 hours)

Order Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (IST) and an in-stock item reaches a Delhi NCR address the same day, within 4 hours. Delivery is free.

After 5:00 PM, or on a Sunday: delivery on the next working day (Monday to Saturday).
Sunday: no deliveries.
Machines configured for you follow the build time on your order acknowledgement.

The short version: delivery is free anywhere in India, and the more we know about your gate the fewer surprises there are.

How machines are packed

Packing is decided by the journey, not by the machine. A pallet truck going to a Faridabad address and the same truck going to Guwahati are not packed the same way.

Domestic road freight is packed to survive handling at a transhipment hub, which is where most damage happens — not on the road, but when a consignment is moved between vehicles. Loose items travel inside the machine's own frame where they can, and a toolkit or spares pouch is fixed rather than laid on top.

Free delivery across India

Delivery is free to any address in India. The price you see on the product page, with GST, is the price of the machine delivered to your door; there is no delivery charge at checkout.

If you would rather collect the machine from Faridabad or send your own transporter, tell us at the order stage and we will have it packed and ready with the paperwork for your vehicle.

Give us the delivery pin code with the order and we confirm the delivery date with it. Every product page also shows the estimated delivery date for your pin code.

Getting the site ready

The commonest reason a machine sits unused for a week is not the machine. Before the vehicle arrives, check four things:

The route in. Gate width, doorway height, any step or ramp, and whether a forklift or pallet truck can reach the unloading point. Measure the narrowest point on the route, not the widest.
Unloading. Road freight delivers to your gate; taking the machine off the vehicle is your site's job. Know before the day whether you need a forklift, a hydra or four people.
The power point. Correct phase and rating, at the bench, terminated and ready. A point that has to be run after the machine lands costs more days than anything else on this list.

What arrives with the machine

The machine, its toolkit where one is supplied, the wear parts included with it, the invoice and e-way bill, and the operating instructions.

Check the package count against the invoice at the gate. The item that goes missing is almost never the machine — it is the small box.

What decides how long it takes

Usual delivery time for a standard machine in stock (Sundays are not counted; enter your PIN code on any product page to see your date):

Metro cities (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) – 3 days
Other cities and towns – 5 to 6 days

Two separate clocks apply to a machine configured for you. The first is build time: whether the machine is standard or configured for you decides it, and the date is on your order acknowledgement rather than estimated here. The second is transit, which belongs to the transporter and depends on distance, route and the consolidation described on the tracking page.

Delhi NCR deliveries are the shortest of the second clock simply because the works is in Faridabad: an in-stock machine reaches a Delhi NCR address the same day, as set out at the top of this page. A consignment to a southern or eastern state adds trunk transit and usually a second hub.

If a date matters — a plant shutdown, a new line commissioning, an audit — say so at the order stage. Build slots can be planned around a date if we know about it, and cannot be rescued afterwards.

Multiple machines, and staggered despatch

An order for several machines does not have to arrive at once, and often should not. A plant that can install one machine a week has nowhere to put four.

Tell us the sequence you want and we will despatch against it. It is cheaper for you — fewer vehicles standing, less handling — and it keeps machines in our works rather than in your corridor.

Questions we are asked

Kya Delhi NCR mein same-day delivery milti hai?

Haan. Orders for Delhi, Faridabad, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Sonipat and Bahadurgarh PIN codes placed Monday to Saturday between 7 AM and 5 PM (IST) are delivered the same day, within 4 hours, free. Orders after 5 PM or on Sunday arrive the next working day. The PIN code list is on the Delivery page.

Can I use my own transporter?

Yes. Tell us at the order stage and we will pack for ex-works collection and have the paperwork ready for your vehicle.

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in India, so the price you see is what the machine costs you.

Do you deliver to the machine's final position?

Freight delivers to your gate. Moving the machine inside the plant is your site's job, and for anything heavy it is worth arranging before the vehicle arrives.

Is there a delivery charge?

No. Delivery is free to any address in India.

Can you hold a despatch until my site is ready?

Yes, if you tell us early. A machine held in our works is safer than one standing in your corridor.

Do you deliver on Sundays or holidays?

Transporters generally do not, and most plant stores do not receive on those days either. Tell us your receiving days and the booking is made around them.

Can I have the machine delivered to a different address from the invoice address?

Yes. Give both at the order stage so the invoice, the e-way bill and the docket all agree — a mismatch between them is what holds vehicles at gates.

Can the machine be delivered in original packing to a warehouse for later installation?

Yes, and tell us if it will be stored. Storage packing and immediate-use packing are not the same thing, particularly through a monsoon.
