Understand the Requirement Before Buying a Filling Machine

• Does it pour on its own? If yes, it is a liquid (LF Series, MLF200); if not, a paste (PF Series, MPF50).
• Are there pieces? Pickle with mango or lime pieces needs the wide-bore 1000P.

Tips to Use a Filling Machine Correctly

1. Set the dose on a scale whenever the pack changes; 200 g of pickle is not 200 ml.
2. Keep the product at its usual temperature – warm and cool ghee fill differently.
3. Watch for foam on sanitisers and cleaners.
4. Empty and clean the hopper before changing product.
5. Keep air dry and at pressure on pneumatic models.
