What is a hydraulic hand stacker?

Each stroke of the pump forces oil into a ram in the mast, and the forks climb from 85 mm in small steps. A release lever lets them back down. Two masts are offered. The Standard unit weighs 180 kg and reaches 1600 mm; the High Lift unit weighs 300 kg and reaches 3500 mm. Capacity drops as the forks go higher, so read the load chart for your top beam.

Traders, small distributors and factory stores that rack pallets or cartons now and then, with no forklift on site, fit this machine well. Forks come 900 or 1150 mm long and set from 270 to 680 mm apart. The front legs measure 750 mm outside, so check rack bays first. If lifts become frequent, the battery-lift PS1.5S saves the pumping.

Stacking a pallet on the PS2.0 – 4 steps

   Choose the mastMeasure your top beam with a pallet on it. Up to 1600 mm needs the Standard mast; higher needs the 3500 mm High Lift.

   Pick up the loadSet the forks between 270 and 680 mm, slide them fully under the pallet and pump until it clears the floor.

   Pump to beam heightStand at the handle and keep pumping until the pallet sits just above the beam, after checking the load chart.

   Lower and back outEase the release lever to set the pallet on the beam, pull the stacker back and drop the forks to 85 mm.
