Faridabad itself is one of the older industrial cities in the north — auto components, sheet metal and fabrication, tractors and implements, garments, plastics, electricals and a long tail of job work, spread across the sectors along and behind the Mathura Road.

Built at our Faridabad works:
Filling, capping and can sealing, labelling, vacuum packaging, shrink packaging, sealing machines and skin, blister and cling film equipment are Fulcrum catalogue models. They are supplied, installed and serviced by Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd., of which PackForge Industries is a division.
They are not built at our Faridabad works and we do not describe them as though they were. You deal with one company for both halves, and the quotation states which is which without being asked.
We say this plainly because a buyer who finds out later has every reason to doubt everything else he was told.
The single practical advantage of being in the same city is that you can see the machine run on your own work before you commit to it.
It settles what no specification settles: whether your carton sits square on the table, whether the strap marks your printed board, whether the film force suits your pallet, whether the operator can reach the controls without stretching.
Bring the worst case rather than the average one — the heaviest carton, the tallest pallet, the widest bag. Machines are chosen by the load that gives trouble, not by the one that behaves.
Send the dimensions and weight beforehand so the right machine is set up when you arrive.

A machine bought in its own city still needs the same three things as one shipped a thousand kilometres: a suitable electrical point, an operator who has been shown how to clear a jam, and the two or three wearing parts on a shelf.
Ask for the wearing-parts list at the quotation stage rather than after the first stoppage. On a strapping machine that is the gripper, the cutter and the heating element; on a carton sealer, the blade.
Training takes a few minutes and saves hours. Have the person who will actually use the machine present at handover, not only the person who signed for it.
There is no service response time printed here, in this city or any other. If one matters to you it belongs in a signed agreement, and we will discuss it there.
The terms do not change because you are nearby. Prices are ex works, GST and freight are quoted separately, and an advance against the order with the balance against despatch is the normal arrangement.
What does change is the freight leg, which is short, and the fact that a machine can come back to the works if something is genuinely wrong with it. That is worth more than any discount we could offer, and it is the honest reason to buy near home.
We will give you the despatch date on the day you ask for it. There is no delivery day printed on this page because the honest figure depends on the machine and the week rather than on the distance.
