What is a pallet stretch wrapping machine like the SW2100?

The pallet is driven onto a 1650 mm turntable that stands only 85 mm high. Three motors share the work: 0.75 kW turns the table at 3 to 12 rpm, 0.4 kW powers the pre-stretch carriage, and 0.37 kW moves it along the tower. The carriage stretches film before it reaches the load, then winds it on in bands. A pneumatic orbit top plate can press down on tall, light stacks during the cycle so cartons stay put.

Bottling plants, ceramic and chemical units, FMCG stores and logistics warehouses moving 20 to 40 heavy pallets an hour fit this machine. Keep a separate stored programme for dense, light and mixed loads so shifts do not alter settings. Pair it with a ramp for hand pallet trucks, and with strapping where loads will be crane-lifted. Single boxes belong on the BW600 PLC instead.
