Strapping Machine Spares

A strapping machine stops for a small number of reasons, and this range is the parts behind them. The head takes the wear: heater blades, cutters, grippers and the small assemblies around them do the actual work of sealing and cutting and are consumables in everything but name.

After the head come the feed and tension parts - belts, rollers and drive components that push the strap round the arch and pull it back. When strapping gets loose or the strap stops returning cleanly, this is usually where the fault is rather than in the head.

Then the electricals: switches, sensors and control boards for the models in our range. These fail less often but they are the ones that leave a machine completely dead, so they are the parts worth knowing you can get.

Choosing the right one

The fastest way to get the right part is the machine model and a photograph of the part you are replacing. A part described over the phone is guessed at; a photograph is not. Send both on WhatsApp and we will confirm what it is before anything is dispatched.

If you run a machine hard, order the wear parts before you need them. A heater blade that fails on a Saturday costs a shift, not the price of the blade. Buyers who keep one spare head kit on the shelf rarely lose production to it.

For a fleet of machines, tell us how many and of which models and we will list what is worth holding as your own stock, rather than you finding out one breakdown at a time.

What this range will not do

We do not claim to hold every part for every make of machine ever sold in India. These are parts for the machines in our range. If you have another make, send the photograph anyway - we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can supply.

Fitting a wear part does not fix a machine that is being run on the wrong strap. If blades are burning out quickly, check the strap grade and the duty before ordering the next one.

And a spare part is not a service visit. If the fault is not obvious, ask for an engineer rather than replacing parts one at a time.
