What is a vacuum and gas flushing band sealer like the CVS900?

A 370 W pump draws air from the open pouch as the bands carry it forward. Gas then flows back in, and two 220 W sealing heaters close the mouth before it can escape. A 50 W motor drives the belt and a 15 W fan helps cool the seal, for 875 W in total. Seal width sets between 6 and 12 mm and heat up to 300 deg C, on single layer film up to 0.08 mm.

Coffee roasters, dry fruit traders, spice brands and component packers filling many similar pouches gain most, because the operator never waits on a lid cycle. Keep each pack within 3 kg and trial fine powders first. Rigid trays and jars still need a chamber machine. For a gas flush with no air removal, the simpler CS900AF does the job.
