What is a table top vacuum packing machine?

The chamber is 380 x 295 x 65 mm. After the lid comes down, an 8 m3 per hour pump driven by a 370 W motor pulls the air out of the chamber and pouch together. The bar then heats and closes the mouth. The whole unit is 400 x 350 x 350 mm and draws 2.6 A, so no special wiring is needed. It weighs 35 kg as the VP260 or 40 kg as the VP300.

Cheese and meat counters, spice and dry fruit sellers, labs sealing samples and workshops bagging small electronic parts use it a few times an hour. The 65 mm chamber depth rules out bulky packs, so measure first. If daily packs will grow sharply, begin with the VP single chamber range instead. For sauces and wet food, the VP600V is the right type.

Vacuum packing cheese on the VP260 / 300 – 4 steps

   Check pack thicknessMeasure the filled pouch lying flat. It must fit under the closed lid in the 65 mm deep chamber.

   Lay the pouchPlace the mouth across the bar: one pouch on the 260 mm VP260 bar, or two on the 280 mm VP300 bars.

   Close the lidPress the lid down. The 370 W pump removes the air, and the bar then seals the pouch on its own.

   Lift and inspectOpen the lid once the cycle ends, check that the film clings tightly to the cheese, and wipe the chamber if needed.
