What is a double chamber vacuum packing machine?

The vacuum pump is 1500 W. When one hood comes down, that chamber is emptied and its pouches sealed while the open side is being loaded. Sealing bars of 400, 500 or 600 mm press a 10 mm seal at 500, 750 or 1000 W. Air charging volume is 20 m3 per hour on the 400 size and 40 on the 500 and 600. The three sizes weigh 180, 220 and 240 kg.

Paneer units, meat and cheese processors, and dry fruit or rice packers working to dispatch deadlines gain most. It helps only when the vacuum cycle, not loading, is the slow step. Gas flushing with timing control can be ordered as an extra. For smaller daily batches the VP single chamber machine is simpler, and wet foods are better on the vertical VP600V.

Packing paneer on the VP2SB – 4 steps

   Choose bar lengthPick the 400, 500 or 600 mm size so the bar is longer than your widest paneer pouch.

   Load the first sideLay filled pouches with mouths across the bar, then close that hood to start its vacuum and seal.

   Fill the other sideWhile the first chamber works, load the second chamber the same way so it is ready the moment the first opens.

   Unload and alternateTake out the sealed packs, check each 10 mm seal, and keep switching sides so the pump stays busy.
