Packaging machines direct from manufacturer: what it means here

PackForge Industries, a division of Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd., has built packaging, sealing and material handling machines in Faridabad, Haryana for 15 years. We sell packaging machines direct from manufacturer to buyer. In practice that means the people who assemble and run-test your machine are also the people who price it, bill it, pack it, and send the replacement heating element when the old one wears out.

The word “direct” is easy to put on a banner. It is more useful to show what it does to an actual order. So this page does not make a general argument. It goes through six concrete things in your purchase that are settled by the maker itself: the invoice, the price, the quantity discount, the delivery date, the spare parts and the return. It also says plainly where the limits are, so nothing comes as a surprise after the machine arrives.

We came online in 2026. Our products are also listed on e-commerce marketplaces, but this website is our own store. When you order here, the order goes straight to the works in Faridabad, with no one in between who has to pass the message on.

One GST invoice, raised by the maker

Every order placed with us is billed with a GST invoice. Give your GSTIN with the order and the invoice is raised against it, so your accounts team can claim full input credit. You do not need a GST registration to buy a machine; it only matters if you want the credit.

The value of a single invoice is not the paper itself. It is that the name printed on it is the name that answers for the machine. A year later, when you need a part, raise a warranty claim or ask for a credit note, you quote one order reference to one company. Our records already show the model, the date and what was fitted, so nobody has to rebuild the history from a chain of bills. The price is on the screen, with MRP and discount

Every product on this site shows the MRP, the discount and the rate, with the GST on that rate shown beside it. 18% GST is added in the cart and freight to any Indian address costs nothing extra, which makes the checkout total the landed cost of the machine. You do not have to ring for a rate or compare two quotations that were built in different ways.

Take the hand impulse sealer as an example. The 8 inch Standard model is listed at ₹1,348 + ₹243 GST (₹1,591 in all) against an MRP of ₹1,799, and the 24 inch Standard at ₹5,425 + ₹977 GST against an MRP of ₹7,499. The Heavy Duty version costs ₹1,000 more than Standard at every size, with MRPs from ₹3,099 for the 8 inch to ₹8,599 for the 24 inch. Quantity slabs worked out in the cart

A buyer who needs two or ten machines should not have to bargain for a fair rate. On the impulse sealer range the cart applies a discount by the quantity of the same product, without anyone having to approve it:

To put numbers on it: in the 5 to 49 piece slab the Heavy Duty 12 inch sealer comes to ₹2,586 a piece and the Heavy Duty 20 inch to ₹3,599.

An order of 50 pieces or more, or one worth ₹5 lakh and above, is treated as a bulk order. Such orders are delivered and handled at your site, served either by the authorised dealer for your region or by our Faridabad Head Office itself. Delivery to your PIN code, from our own works

Every product page has a Delivery Details box. Type your PIN code and it shows the expected date for your address. As a rule of thumb, metro cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad – take about 3 days, and other places about 5 to 6 days. Sundays are not counted.

The consignment leaves our own works, not a third-party store. That is why the machine can be run-tested before it is packed, and why the invoice and the transport papers come from the same office that took your order. If you would rather collect from Faridabad or send your own transporter, say so when you order and the machine will be packed with the documents your vehicle needs. Packing, timing and the site checks worth doing before arrival are covered under delivery and dispatch.

Spares and service from the same company

Every machine has parts that are meant to wear: the heating element and Teflon tape on a sealer, blades and rollers on a carton sealer, wheels and seal kits on a pallet truck. This is the moment when buying from the manufacturer pays off. Wear parts are kept in stock for every model we sell, and the part you receive is the one the machine was built with.

For impulse sealers the spare prices are published. An element and Teflon kit costs ₹249 for the 8 inch and ₹499 for the 24 inch, a 10 metre Teflon tape roll ₹349 and a timer PCB ₹949, all + 18% GST, with free delivery. One kit fits both the Standard and the Heavy Duty sealer of the same size, and fitting a new element is roughly a five-minute job. Parts can be ordered from machine spare parts.

For larger machines, annual maintenance contracts, breakdown visits, preventive maintenance and operator training are handled by our own service engineers – see spare parts and AMC. A 7-day return on online orders

Ordered online and changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to send it back, provided nothing has been used and the carton still holds every part, the manual and the invoice. We pay for the pickup, nothing is deducted as a restocking fee, and once the item is back at the works and inspected the refund is made to the mode you paid with, normally in 5 to 7 working days.

Some things cannot come back: a machine that has been put to work on your packs, an item missing its box or parts, opened consumables such as heating elements and tape, and anything built or cut to your size. If the parcel is damaged or holds the wrong product, record it on camera while unboxing and share the clip or photos with us within 48 hours; the replacement is free. Bulk and dealer orders follow separate rules, all set out in the returns and replacement policy.

What we make, and what we buy in

Buying from a manufacturer is only worth it if the manufacturer is straight about the product. Our machines are assembled and run-tested at the Faridabad works. Many parts inside them – sealing heads, motors, pneumatics and controls – are sourced from China and Taiwan, and each lot is checked at Faridabad before it goes into a machine. The office stationery, safety and bag lines on this site are bought in and supplied by us; we do not manufacture them. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

How to buy packaging machines direct from manufacturer, step by step

1. Start from your pack, not a model number. For a sealer, measure the widest bag mouth laid flat and note the film. If you are unsure, courier five empty pouches for a free seal test and we WhatsApp you the video.
2. Check the price and the date. Open the product, read the MRP, discount and price, and enter your PIN code for the delivery date.
3. Order in the cart or ask for a quote. Any quantity can go through the cart with the slab applied. For 50 pieces or ₹5 lakh and above you can also ask for bulk supply at your location.
4. Keep the invoice with a photo of the serial plate. It makes any later spare-part order or claim quick.
