What the video shows you
- Your pouch sealed on the PackForge size we recommend, at three timer settings.
- A pull test on each seal, so you see which setting holds and which peels.
- Our recommendation: the size, Standard or Heavy Duty, and the timer step to start with – or, if your pouch needs it, a hot bar or band sealer instead.
Most buyers who book a test have a laminated or printed pouch and are not sure it will seal. Plain poly bags almost always seal on an impulse sealer; foil and metallised pouches almost never do. Everything in between is exactly what the test is for.
You do not need to buy anything afterwards. If you do, the machine ships free across India with a 7-day easy return.

Is the seal test really free?
Yes. You pay only the courier to send us the pouches.
How long does it take?
We WhatsApp the video within 48 working hours of receiving your pouches.
What if my pouch does not seal on an impulse sealer?
We tell you so, and suggest the right machine – usually a hot bar or band sealer.
Do I have to buy afterwards?
No. The test has no obligation.

Do you return my pouches?
No. Sample pouches are used for the test and not returned.
