What is covered
- A body, arm or hinge that cracks or bends in normal use.
- A transformer, timer or indicator that stops working.
- Wiring, switch or power cord faults present from the factory.
- A machine that arrives damaged or faulty – report it within 48 hours of delivery, as in our returns policy.
What is not covered
- Wear parts: the heating element and Teflon tape wear in ordinary use. Two spare elements and a Teflon tape come in the box.
- Damage from wrong voltage, a voltage spike without a stabiliser, water or fire.
- A machine opened or repaired by someone other than PackForge or our authorised service partner.
- Physical damage after delivery (dropping, crushing).
- Use on films the machine is not meant for, such as thick aluminium foil, when the damage results from it.
How to make a warranty claim
- Keep your invoice (website or Amazon order) – the date on it starts the warranty.
- WhatsApp a short video of the problem and a photo of the rating plate to +91 95822 69346, or call us.
- Our service team diagnoses it on the call. Most problems are a timer setting or a worn Teflon tape and are fixed there and then.
- If a part is faulty we courier the part, or arrange pickup of the machine. Repair or replacement is free within the warranty period.

How long is the warranty on a PackForge impulse sealer?
2 years on the Standard model and 5 years on the Heavy Duty model, from the invoice date.
Is the heating element covered by warranty?
No. The heating element and Teflon tape are consumables; two spare elements and a Teflon tape are supplied in the box.
Do I need to register my warranty?
The invoice is enough to claim, but registering on the warranty registration page makes the claim faster.
Does the warranty apply if I bought on Amazon?
Yes. The same terms apply to machines bought on our own Amazon.in listings.
Who pays for shipping on a warranty repair?
Within the warranty period, PackForge pays for the part or the machine pickup and return.
Is a damaged machine on arrival covered?
Yes. Report damage or a fault within 48 hours of delivery and we arrange a replacement, as described in our returns policy.
