Work here

Careers at PackForge Industries

We are a manufacturing business in Faridabad, Haryana, not a distribution office with a warehouse behind it. The machines are designed, assembled and run-tested here, which shapes what it is like to work here: the people who sell a machine can see it being built, and the people who build it hear what happened when it reached a plant.

Openings are not always advertised. If your work is relevant, write anyway — a good application is kept on file and read when something opens.

Applying to PackForge Industries

We are a manufacturer in Faridabad. The works builds the machines, the office sells and supports them, and the field engineers commission them in other people's plants. Most people here do a bit of more than one of those.

Roles we recruit for

These are the jobs the business runs on. They are not six advertised vacancies — openings appear when a line of work grows, and the person who gets one is usually somebody whose application was already on file. So apply against the role that fits you, whether or not anything is advertised.

What we look for

Technical honesty above polish. Somebody who says "I do not know, let me check the machine" is worth more here than somebody who answers confidently and is wrong, because a wrong answer given to a plant with a stopped line costs that plant real money.

Willingness to be on the shop floor. Even in the office roles, the people who do well here are the ones who walk out and look at the machine.

For field roles, the ability to explain something to an operator in their own language without making them feel stupid. That skill is rarer than the technical knowledge and it is worth more.

What we do not do

We do not run unpaid trial periods, and we do not ask candidates to do real project work as a test.

We do not charge anyone anything to apply, to be interviewed, or to join. If somebody contacts you claiming to represent PackForge Industries or Fulcrum Infratech and asks for a payment for a job, it is not us — please tell us so we can act on it.

How to apply

Send your CV to +91 95822 69346 on WhatsApp or by email, with two or three lines saying what you have actually done — the machines you have worked on, the plants you have been into, the faults you have fixed. That is more useful than a list of software you have used.

If you are early in your career and have none of that yet, say what you want to learn and why manufacturing rather than anything else. It is a reasonable answer and we read those.

Nothing here is sent anywhere on its own. When you press the button it opens WhatsApp or your email with everything you have typed already written out, so you can attach your CV and send it yourself — and you keep a copy of what you sent.

What the work is actually like

Small company, so nobody has one narrow job. Somebody in service will end up advising on a specification; somebody in sales will end up on the shop floor looking at a machine. If you want a role with tight edges, this is not it.

The work is physical in the assembly and field roles. Machines are heavy, plants are hot in June, and a commissioning visit can mean a long day and a late drive back.

In return, the loop is short. You see the machine you built go out, and you hear what happened when it arrived. In a larger organisation those two facts sit in different departments and never meet.

Applying without a matching advertisement

Most people who work here did not answer an advertisement. Openings appear when a line of work grows, and the person who gets it is usually somebody whose application was already on file.

So write, even when nothing is listed. Say what you have done, what you want to do next, and when you could start. Two or three specific lines beat two pages of general ones.

If you have worked on packaging or material handling machinery anywhere — a plant, a dealer, a service company — say which machines. That is the first thing anyone here will want to know.

Questions we are asked

Are there openings right now?

Not always advertised. Write anyway — applications are kept and read when something opens.

Do you take freshers or trainees?

For assembly and service work, yes, where the attitude is right. Say what you want to learn.

Is there a fee to apply?

No. We never charge anyone to apply or to join. Anyone asking you for money in our name is not us.

Where is the workplace?

B-194, 2nd Floor, Green Field Colony, Sector 41-42, Faridabad, Haryana 121001. Field roles travel.

Do you take applications from outside Faridabad?

Yes. Say whether you can relocate, because assembly and works roles are on site.

What should I put in the message with my CV?

Two or three lines on what you have actually done — the machines, the plants, the faults you fixed. That is read; a covering letter of general statements is not.

Do you offer apprenticeships or industrial training?

Write and say what your institute requires and how long the placement runs. Assembly and service are the areas where a trainee learns fastest here.

Is there travel involved?

In service and field roles, yes — mostly within the Delhi NCR belt and northern India, with occasional longer trips. Works and office roles are based in Faridabad.

What are the working days?

The business runs Monday to Saturday, and the office hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

What does the interview involve?

A conversation and, for technical roles, time on the shop floor looking at a machine with somebody who works on it. No written test, and no unpaid project work.

Do you hire on contract or through an agency?

We hire directly. If somebody approaches you claiming to recruit for us and asks for a fee, it is not us — please tell us.
