The machines are designed, assembled and run-tested here, which shapes what it is like to work here: the people who sell a machine can see it being built, and the people who build it hear what happened when it reached a plant.

We are a manufacturer in Faridabad. The works builds the machines, the office sells and supports them, and the field engineers commission them in other people's plants. Most people here do a bit of more than one of those.

Building machines from components and sub-assemblies, run-testing them before they are packed, and putting right whatever the test finds.
What we look for
Frames, guards, tables and brackets — the structural half of every machine we build, and the part a customer judges before it is switched on.
What we look for
Commissioning at customer sites, diagnosing faults on the phone and in person, and training the operator who will actually use the machine.
What we look for
Turning a customer's carton size, load weight and shift volume into the right machine — including the times when the honest answer is the cheaper one.
What we look for
Run-testing finished machines against the specification they were sold on, and holding the line when a machine is nearly ready and the despatch date is today.
What we look for
Wear parts on the shelf, consignments out of the gate correctly marked and documented, invoices that match the order and a docket number that can be found.
What we look for
Technical honesty above polish. Somebody who says "I do not know, let me check the machine" is worth more here than somebody who answers confidently and is wrong, because a wrong answer given to a plant with a stopped line costs that plant real money.
Willingness to be on the shop floor. Even in the office roles, the people who do well here are the ones who walk out and look at the machine.
For field roles, the ability to explain something to an operator in their own language without making them feel stupid. That skill is rarer than the technical knowledge and it is worth more.
We do not run unpaid trial periods, and we do not ask candidates to do real project work as a test.

If you are early in your career and have none of that yet, say what you want to learn and why manufacturing rather than anything else. It is a reasonable answer and we read those.

Small company, so nobody has one narrow job. Somebody in service will end up advising on a specification; somebody in sales will end up on the shop floor looking at a machine. If you want a role with tight edges, this is not it.
The work is physical in the assembly and field roles. Machines are heavy, plants are hot in June, and a commissioning visit can mean a long day and a late drive back.
In return, the loop is short. You see the machine you built go out, and you hear what happened when it arrived. In a larger organisation those two facts sit in different departments and never meet.

The business runs Monday to Saturday, and the office hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
A conversation and, for technical roles, time on the shop floor looking at a machine with somebody who works on it. No written test, and no unpaid project work.
