This is where our works is, which changes one thing that matters more than any specification: you can bring your bag and watch it being sealed before you decide.
Faridabad packs differently from the rest of the NCR. It is an engineering town first - auto components, fasteners, sheet metal, castings, electrical parts - and the bags being sealed are usually small, heavy and full of something with corners.
Alongside that sits a genuine food and trading base: masala and pickle units, small snack and namkeen makers, packers supplying local retail, and the units in the industrial sectors packing their own brand for the first time.
Both of those buy the same family of machine and need different things from it, which is the useful thing to sort out before ordering.
It is the only real advantage of buying in the town where the machine is, and it is worth using. A laminated pouch cannot be assessed from a description, and a heavy poly bag full of components behaves differently from an empty one held up to explain.
Bring a few empties and, if you can, a filled one. Sealing your actual bag settles in two minutes what an exchange of emails would take a week to guess at - including the cases where the honest answer is that the machine you came in asking for is not the right one.
Bagging fasteners, bearings, small castings or machined parts creates a specific difficulty. The bag is not wide, so the seal length is easy, but it is heavy for its size and the contents have corners.
The weight pulls the mouth out of shape as soon as one hand comes off the bag, which is why hand-pressed machines get abandoned in this trade. A foot-operated machine solves it directly, and it is the recommendation more often than the seal length would suggest.
The other point is oil. Components that arrive lightly oiled leave a film on the inside of the bag mouth, and a seal made across oil is a weak seal. If that is your situation, say so - it changes the setting and sometimes the machine.
The units packing masala, pickle, namkeen or a local food brand have the opposite difficulty. The bags are light and the counts are high, but the film is laminated and laminates are where impulse machines sometimes stop being enough.
The symptom is a seal that looks right and opens in the hand, or one that is closed in the middle and open at the ends. That usually means the film wanted sustained heat rather than a pulse, which is a hot bar or a band machine.
Again - bring the pouch. This is the single most useful thing a Faridabad buyer can do that a buyer anywhere else cannot.
Every impulse machine consumes two parts: the heating element and the PTFE strip under it. They are cheap and they are the reason a machine stops.
Buying in the town where the parts are held means you can keep almost none on the shelf and still not lose a day - but it is worth knowing which models we hold parts for before you choose one, and asking that question is free.
Machines are supplied from our works here in Faridabad. Prices are ex works; GST and freight are quoted separately against your delivery address.
Most Faridabad units that ask about a sealing machine are not only buying a sealing machine. The bag is one step in a line that also straps, tapes, wraps and moves things, and the sealer is often the smallest item on a list.
There is a practical advantage in putting them together. One enquiry, one quotation, one delivery and one invoice is less work for your purchase department than four, and it lets us look at the line rather than the item - which occasionally means telling you that the sealer is not where your bottleneck actually is.
It also matters for spares. A unit that buys its strapping, taping and sealing consumables from one place has one number to call when something stops, and one account to reconcile at month end.
If you are equipping a new line or a new shed rather than replacing one machine, say so. We will quote the sealer against your bag as always, and look at the rest of it while we are there.

Yes, and it is the sensible thing to do. Bring a few empties and a filled one if you can - it settles in minutes what a description cannot.
Oil on the inside of the bag mouth weakens a seal. Tell us and bring a bag as it comes off the line - we will be straight about what a machine can and cannot do with it.
Usually the inner sealant layer never fused, which points to sustained heat rather than an impulse. Bring the pouch and we will show you the difference on the machines.

Yes, and it is usually less work for everyone - one enquiry, one quotation, one delivery, one invoice. Tell us what the whole line does.
The width of your widest bag measured flat, what the bag is made of, and how many you seal in a day. That is enough for a straight answer — including the times when the cheaper machine is the right one.
