What this website is

A catalogue and an enquiry channel. It is not a payment platform: nothing on this site takes money, and the cart holds an enquiry rather than an order. Adding items and submitting them sends us a list to quote against — it does not create a contract, reserve stock or fix a price.

A contract of sale comes into existence when we acknowledge your order against a quotation, and not before.

Prices and specifications shown here

Rates shown on this site are indicative and are marked as such where they appear. They are ex-works and exclude GST and freight. The price that binds either of us is the one on a current quotation issued to you.

Specifications are published in good faith and are improved as machines are improved, so a figure may change without notice. Where a machine is listed from the Fulcrum Infratech product catalogue, the specification is the one printed in that catalogue.

If a page here and your datasheet disagree, the datasheet is right — and please tell us, because a difference is a mistake on our side that we want to correct.

Using the site

You may browse, print and share pages for your own business purposes, including circulating a specification inside your organisation. You may not scrape the site wholesale, republish its content as your own, or use it to build a competing catalogue.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit anything malicious through the enquiry forms, or use the enquiry channels to send bulk unsolicited messages.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — a transporter, a payment or a government portal — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms apply once you are there.

Liability

We take reasonable care that what is published here is accurate, but a website cannot size a machine for your plant. Do not select a machine on the strength of a web page alone — ask for the datasheet and tell us your pack and your volumes, so the machine is chosen against your work.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability under consumer protection legislation and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes, and which law applies

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The version on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction.

This is a first draft prepared for PackForge Industries and should be reviewed by the company's own legal adviser before the site goes live.

Enquiries, and what we do with what you send

When you send an enquiry, a call-back request or a document request, you are telling us how to reach you and what you want. We use it for that and for nothing else. The privacy policy sets out the detail.

Do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. If you need to share a drawing or a specification under confidence, say so first and we will agree how.

Anything you send us that you have no right to share — another supplier's drawing, a document marked confidential to a third party — please do not. It puts both of us in a difficult position.

Availability of the site

We make no promise that this site is available without interruption. It is a catalogue, not a service you depend on: if it is down, the phone still works and the number is on every page.

We may change, add or remove pages, machines and specifications at any time. A machine shown here is not an offer to sell and is not a guarantee of availability.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If any part of this page is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A single clause failing does not take the others with it.

Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we have given it up. If we let something pass once, we may still rely on it later.

These terms are between you and PackForge Industries. Nobody else acquires a right to enforce them by being mentioned on this page.

Accessibility

The site is built to be usable with a keyboard and with a screen reader, and to work at a text size larger than the default. If you find a page you cannot use, tell us what happened and on what device — that is a fault on our side and it will be fixed rather than noted.
