PackForge DEC80 Desktop Electric Capping Machine

What is a desktop electric capping machine?

Inside the head, a small motor drives a cap holder that grips the closure and spins it down the bottle thread. When the cap reaches the set tightness it stops turning, so every bottle closes the same way whatever the operator's grip strength. Bottles from 8 cm to 28 cm tall fit under the head, and two cap diameter ranges come with the machine to cover common closures.

Think of it for syrups, sanitisers, hair oils, cosmetic lotions and Ayurvedic tonics where one person fills and closes a modest daily count. It ships in a carton about 53 by 48 by 78 cm, so a sturdy table is enough. When daily numbers climb, step up to the CL40. For tamper evidence, add an induction sealer after it.
