What is a powder and granule filling machine?

Product flows from the stainless steel hopper into a small weighing pan. Feeding stops once the set weight is reached, and the pan then empties down the chute into the waiting pack. The PGF200 holds within about 1 g either way and the PGF999 within about 3 g, and both cycle 5 to 12 times a minute while drawing only 50 W from a 220 V point.

Pick the PGF200 for tea, coffee or spice packs up to 200 g, where a tighter weight matters. Pick the PGF999 for sugar, seeds or detergent in packs up to 999 g. Close each filled pouch afterwards on a band or impulse sealer. For small sachets formed from film, the GF100 makes its own pouch.

Packing masala on the PGF200 / 999 – 4 steps

   Fill the hopperLoad free-flowing powder or granules and watch that the product does not bridge above the outlet.

   Enter the weightSet the target pack weight, from 10 g up to 200 g or 999 g depending on the model.

   Hold the pouchPlace an open pouch or jar under the chute and let the weighed charge drop, about 5 to 12 times a minute.

   Check and sealWeigh some packs on a separate scale, then seal each pouch on a band or impulse sealer.
