PackForge LF Series Pneumatic Liquid Filling Machine

What is a pneumatic liquid filling machine?

A suction pipe dips into your drum. As the piston pulls back, a valve opens to draw liquid into the cylinder; on the forward stroke the valve switches and the measured volume leaves through the nozzle into the bottle. Compressed air at 0.4 to 0.6 MPa drives each stroke and the controls draw only 20 W, so the dose stays steady from one bottle to the next.

Go for the LF100 when packs run 10 to 100 ml, the LF500 for 50 to 500 ml, or the LF1000 for 100 to 1000 ml. They share one frame of about 100 by 50 cm and weigh 30, 35 and 40 kg. Foaming cleaners need a nozzle planned for them. Thick creams belong on the PF Series, and tiny lab batches on the MLF200.

Filling oil bottles on the LF Series – 4 steps

1. 1
Drop in the suction pipePlace the pipe in your drum, keep the hose run short and connect air at 0.4 to 0.6 MPa.
2. 2
Set the strokeTurn the volume adjuster to your bottle size within the model's band, for example 500 ml on the LF500.
3. 3
Prime and weighRun a few strokes to clear air from the cylinder, then weigh three fills and correct the stroke.
4. 4
Fill steadilyHold each bottle under the nozzle, trigger a stroke and move the bottle away once the nozzle stops dripping.
