What ties them together is that the pallet, not the carton, is the unit that matters, and that it will be handled by people who have never seen your product.

Once goods leave a Mumbai warehouse for a container, nobody handles the carton again — they handle the pallet. If the pallet is sound, the cartons arrive; if it is not, no amount of carton strength will save them.
That puts a turntable stretch wrapper at the centre of the specification rather than at the edge of it. Two settings do most of the work: film force, which decides whether the load is held or merely covered, and the number of top wraps, which is what actually stops the top layer walking off in transit.
Where the load is unstable — light cartons stacked high, or mixed heights — a box wrapping machine with top press holds the stack down while it turns. It is a mechanical answer to a mechanical problem and it beats adding film every time.
For the heaviest export pallets, the pallet is also strapped to its load. A pneumatic strapping tool does that where an arch will not fit round the load.
A container standing in a Mumbai yard reaches temperatures and humidity that a warehouse never sees, and the load inside it goes through that cycle twice before it is opened. Cartons soften, adhesives creep, and film that was merely covering a load at despatch is doing nothing by arrival.
This is the practical reason film force is the setting to get right rather than the one to leave at the factory default. A load that is genuinely held stays held through the cycle; a load that is loosely wrapped does not.
It is also why tape choice matters more on an export carton than on a domestic one. Tell us the destination and the season and we will say what we know honestly, including where the answer is 'that is a question for your carton supplier'.
Pharmaceutical and chemical packing brings requirements that the machine has to fit rather than the other way round: a documented process, a stated material of contact, and an auditor who will ask about guarding.

Drums are the other constant. A drum carrier and lifter with a working safety lock is the single piece of equipment that most reduces injury risk in a chemical store.
This is a long road move and it is priced as one. The machine leaves run-tested and is packed for the distance; prices are ex works, with GST and freight shown separately so you can see both.
If the machine is going into storage before it is installed — common when a new line is being built — say so. Storage packing and immediate-use packing are not the same thing, particularly through a monsoon, and it costs nothing to get right at despatch.
We will give you the despatch date when you ask and the transporter's docket number once it moves. We do not print a delivery day on this page, because the honest number depends on the route and the week.

Bhiwandi is a category of its own — it is where a very large share of the country's consolidation happens, and it is almost entirely a pallet, wrapper and pallet-truck market rather than a machine-shop one.
Wear parts are held in stock for every model we sell. At Mumbai's distance the sensible arrangement is a small holding of your own: on a wrapper, the film carriage rollers; on a strapping machine, the heating element; on a pallet truck, the wheels and seal kit.
