What is a carton sealer with flap folder?

As the open carton enters, folding arms and guides close the front, back and two side flaps in turn. With all four down, the box passes under the tape head and both seams are taped as it moves at 22 m per minute. Air at 0.4 to 0.6 MPa works the folding arms, while the electric drive draws 260 W. The table height can be set between 600 and 750 mm so the infeed lines up with your filling conveyor.

It suits FMCG, food, beverage and busy e-commerce lines where a person now spends the shift closing flaps. Boxes must arrive open, square and undamaged, between 180 x 180 x 160 mm and 600 x 500 x 500 mm, so store flat board dry and off the floor. Tape can be BOPP or PVC in 48, 60 or 76 mm. For tamper-evident edges choose the 5050J; for hand-folded boxes with no air, the semi automatic sealer.
