What is the 102TU standard carton sealer?

Two side drive belts grip the carton walls and keep the box square while they pull it forward. An upper tape head, set to the carton height, and a lower head under the table apply tape to both seams together, folding the tape ends down the front and back faces before cutting. Boxes from L150 x W170 x H110 mm up to W500 x H500 mm fit. The working table adjusts between 570 and 770 mm to suit the packer.

It fits garment units, FMCG lines, pharma stores and e-commerce benches where one outer is used for most of the shift. Load 50 mm (2 inch) or 76 mm (3 inch) tape, whichever you already stock. The frame measures 1052 x 755 x 1430 mm without the optional extended table and weighs 133 kg. For sizes that change constantly, the 102TR adjusts itself, and very small outers go to the 102TUS.

Setting up a garment carton on the 102TU – 4 steps

   Measure the real cartonTake width and height from a filled carton on your bench, since bulging boxes run larger than the drawing.

   Set width and heightMove the side belts in to the carton width and lower the top head to its height, then lock both.

   Fit matching tapeLoad 50 mm or 76 mm rolls on both heads, the same width the heads have been set for.

   Run the batchPush cartons in one after another; at up to 20 a minute, keep someone at the exit to stack them.
