Three things that pin down the right part

Two parts can look the same in a photo and still differ by 5 mm or by one hole. That is why we ask for three pieces of information, not one.

Photo of the old part, taken on a plain surface with a ruler or a coin beside it for scale. Show both sides if it has holes, slots or a connector.
The rating plate of the machine: model, serial number, voltage. On older machines the plate may sit behind a guard or under paint.
One measurement of the part itself: length of a blade or element, width and length of a belt, outer diameter and bore of a roller or wheel.

Strapping machine spare parts

On a semi automatic strapper the heater blade, the cutter and the feed rollers work hardest. When strap starts to weld weakly, cut ragged or stop feeding cleanly, one of these is usually near its end.

Pallet truck wheels and seal kits

Hand pallet trucks wear in two places. The wheels flatten, crack or pick up debris, and the hydraulic seals start to leak so the forks drift down under load.

For wheels, measure the outer diameter, the width and the bore, and say whether the old ones are nylon or polyurethane. Nylon rolls easily on rough concrete; PU is quieter and kinder to finished floors. For a sinking truck, a seal kit matched to the pump is the usual fix.

Consumables that behave like parts

Some faults blamed on a part are really the wrong consumable. Tell us what you load into the machine.

PP strap

Width and thickness must match the machine setting. Strap that is too thin slips in the gripper; too stiff and it jams the chute. See machine-grade PP strap.

BOPP tape

Tape wider than the head takes, or with weak glue, gives lifted corners that look like a roller fault. Check BOPP tape rolls.

Stretch film

Film gauge and core size affect the carriage rollers. Film that breaks at the same point each wrap often needs a tension change, not a part.

PTFE tape and pad

On impulse sealers these sit over the element and wear with every seal. Replace them with the element, not after the seal fails.

Parts for machines you did not buy from us

Plenty of plants run a mix of makes. Send the plate and a photo of the part from any machine and we will check whether one of our stocked parts matches in size and fixing. Standard items such as pallet truck wheels, seal kits, impulse sealer element wire and some strapper rollers often cross over.

If nothing we hold fits, we say so in the first reply. We do not cut or modify a part to make it nearly fit, because a part that almost fits tends to fail early and can damage the machine around it.

Ordering a kit instead of one part

If a stopped machine costs you a shift, keep a few parts on your own shelf. A useful kit order looks like this:

List each machine with model and serial number in one message.
Give the shifts each one runs and a rough count of packs per day.
Mark the machines that stop your dispatch if they stop.
Ask for the two or three parts that wear first on each model.
Add consumables such as PTFE tape or element wire that are used up anyway.
Keep the confirmation sheet with the kit, so the next order is a repeat.

How long a part takes to reach you

Wear parts for the machines we sell are held in stock at Faridabad, so the wait is mostly courier time. As a guide, delivery takes about 3 days to metro cities and 5 to 6 days to other places. Delivery is free to any PIN code in India. Larger assemblies, such as a complete tape head or a motor, may need checking before dispatch, and we tell you that in the confirmation.

Questions people ask

Can I order a part with only its name?

You can, but it is the slowest route. Names change from supplier to supplier and between models. A photo with a scale, the rating plate and one measurement let us confirm the part on the first reply.

Are spare parts covered by warranty?

Wear parts such as blades, rollers, belts, element wire and PTFE tape are not warranty items, because they wear with use. A part that fails from a manufacturing defect is covered. The terms are on the warranty page.

Do you send parts outside Delhi NCR?

Yes, to any PIN code in India, with free delivery and a GST invoice. Your own fitter installs them, and we can guide the fitting on a video call.

Can my fitter replace a part without losing the warranty?

Yes, when it is our part fitted the intended way. Fitting a part from another source or changing the machine is what causes trouble, so ask us before you do either.

What if the part you send does not fit?

Tell us at once and send a photo of the part next to the machine. If the mismatch came from our side, we replace it. This is rare when the plate photo and size were sent.

Do you supply carton sealer spare parts as a complete head?

Yes. When a tape head is too worn to rebuild sensibly, a complete top or bottom head can be supplied. Send the model and the tape width so the right head is matched. Listed items are on the carton sealer spares page.

Can I get spares with my export order?

Yes. A spares kit can be packed in the same crate as the machine, which saves a separate shipment later. List it on your export enquiry so it appears on the quotation.
