What is a taping and strapping combo machine like the 102PLS?

The carton is driven through the taping section first, where heads lay 50 or 76 mm tape along the top and bottom flaps. It then arrives at the arch, pauses, takes its strap and moves out. Output is stated as up to 20 cartons per minute for a carton 500 mm long on 60 Hz power. Table height adjusts between 570 and 770 mm to suit the conveyor already in place.

Online sellers and FMCG units that tape and strap almost every carton gain the most, because the second handling disappears. Cartons must fall between L150 x W135 x H130 mm and W500 x H500 mm, and need a straight path in and out. It runs on 1 phase power at 110, 220 or 240 V. If only some boxes need a strap, a separate sealer plus the arch type strapper gives more freedom.
