What this range covers
Stretch wrappers from the PackForge range, for palletised loads.
The job is the same across every stretch wrapper: hold a stacked load together with film applied at a controlled tension, so the pallet arrives as it left. What differs between models is the turntable, the film carriage and the options around them - a ramp so a hand pallet truck can drive a load on, a press for loads that shift, a taller mast for high stacks.
Buyers come to this range either with a PackForge model code they have been given, or because they already run one and want a second that matches.
Choosing the right one
Pallet footprint, maximum load height and load weight. Those three settle the machine size before anything else is discussed.
Then how the pallet gets onto the turntable - driven on with a hand pallet truck, walked on, or placed by forklift. That decides whether you need a ramp or a pit-mounted table.
Then the load itself. Light or uneven stacks that move during wrapping are the case for a top press; dusty or wet storage is the case for a top sheet. Say where the pallet goes after it is wrapped.
What this range will not do
These are PackForge catalogue machines, not built at the PackForge works.
Film restrains a load; it does not carry one and it does not waterproof it.
And no wrapper corrects a badly built pallet. Overhanging cartons stay overhanging under the film.
Questions this range gets asked
Ramp, pit or forklift loading?
Whichever matches how pallets reach the machine today. A ramp needs no civil work; a pit is flush with the floor but has to be built. Tell us how loads arrive and we will recommend.
Will it wrap loads that are not on pallets?
Some models can with the right base and pattern. Describe the load and how it is moved and we will tell you whether it suits this range.
