What is an LDPE shrink oven like the 4535?

Inside the oven, heaters keep the 1200 x 450 x 350 mm chamber hot while a 90 W motor moves the conveyor. Thick LDPE needs more heat than thin retail film, so the time each bundle spends inside matters. As the film shrinks, it pulls rows and layers of product into one solid block. Each load can weigh up to 15 kg, and the machine works from a 380 V, 50 / 60 Hz three phase point.

Typical work is packs of water bottles, stacks of floor tiles, and bricks or blocks that must travel together. Here the film is structural: it carries the weight of the bundle. For glossy single boxes like cosmetics, the 5545A with POF film gives a cleaner look. Plan the floor too: the frame needs a space of 2200 x 700 x 1000 mm and the oven weighs 200 kg.

Bundling tiles on the 4535 LDPE – 4 steps

   Switch on and heatConnect the 380 V three phase supply, start the heaters and the 90 W conveyor, and let the chamber reach working heat first.

   Wrap the groupArrange tiles or bottles in neat rows and pull the LDPE film over them so every side is loosely covered.

   Feed the conveyorPlace one bundle at a time on the entry end, keeping each load within 15 kg and lower than the 350 mm opening.

   Lift and stackTake bundles off the exit end, give the film a moment to set, then stack them. Check early ones for loose corners.
