What is an automatic random carton sealing machine?

Compressed air at 5 to 6 bar moves the side guides and the top head. As a carton enters, the frame closes onto it, finds its width and height, and holds it square while belts carry it under the tape heads. Both seams are taped in one pass, then the guides open again for the next box. The drive needs only about 0.4 kW on a 230 V single phase line, and output stays near 500 to 700 cartons an hour even when sizes keep changing.

It suits 3PL warehouses, online sellers and distributors whose next box could be anything: a shoebox, then a bulky appliance outer, then a small parcel. Plan a compressor close to the machine and roller sections on both sides. The frame is about 1,700 mm long and weighs 250 to 300 kg, so mark its spot early. If one or two sizes fill the day, a semi automatic sealer or the 102TU costs less to own.
