What you get as a distributor

Selling machines is different from selling boxes of tape. A buyer wants to see the machine work, ask questions and know who will fix it later. Our distributor terms are built around those three needs.

Most machine sales are won at the demo. A buyer who sees his own carton strapped tight, or his own pouch sealed clean, stops comparing catalogues. That is why each distributor receives a demonstration machine for the agreed line.

Training covers how to match a machine to the pack, how to set strap tension or tape heads, which consumable each model runs best on, and which wear parts a buyer should keep. When a question goes beyond that, our team in Faridabad is a phone call away.

Distributors in African markets

We welcome partners in African markets for the same machine lines. We handle export packing, shipping documents and freight, and quote EXW, FOB or CIF as you prefer. Payment is by advance or letter of credit; please share the LC draft with us before your bank opens it.

Questions people ask

Do I need to take the full range?

No. Many partners start with one or two lines their customers already ask about, such as strapping machines or sealers, and add more later once they see demand.

What dealer rates will I get?

Dealer rates depend on the lines you carry and are discussed after the first call. They are written into your agreement. We do not publish distributor rates on this website.

Who handles warranty on machines I sell?

PackForge does. You pass the claim to us with the serial details and photos, and we settle it. Your buyer gets the same warranty as a direct customer.

Will my customers pay more for spare parts?

No. Customers of a distributor pay the same spare-part prices as customers who buy direct from PackForge, so nobody is pushed away from you over parts.

Can I apply from outside India?

Yes. Distributor applications are open in African markets. Export packing, documents and freight are handled by us, and support is given remotely with spares sent from Faridabad.

I only want to sell impulse sealers. Which page should I use?

How long does the process take?

It depends on how quickly the first call, the meeting and the agreement can be arranged. Sending complete details with the application helps us move faster.
