What is a semi automatic carton sealing machine?

After you fix the width and height, side belts take hold of each box and move it at about 20 m per minute. A top head rides over the closed flaps while a bottom head sits under the table, so both seams get tape at once and each strip is cut as the box leaves. That works out to about 800 to 1,200 cartons an hour on just 0.24 kW. The table height adjusts from roughly 580 to 780 mm.

Garment, FMCG, food, pharma and e-commerce dispatch floors with one main carton size gain most, with neater seals and less wasted tape. Match the loaded tape roll to the width the heads are set for. Taping a garment carton on the semi automatic sealer – 4 steps

   Set table and sizeRaise or lower the table between 580 and 780 mm, then set width and height to your filled carton.

   Load the tapeFit BOPP rolls on the top and bottom heads and check that the roll width matches the head setting.

   Close and pushFold the top flaps flat, hold them down and slide the box forward until the belts take it.

   Check the bottom seamTurn over the first few cartons to confirm the bottom tape runs straight and wraps onto both end faces.
