What makes an impulse sealer “heavy duty”?

A Standard impulse sealer is designed for a shop counter: a few hundred seals a day, with rest between batches. A Heavy Duty impulse sealer is built for the bench that never stops – a namkeen unit sealing on every shift, a 3PL warehouse, a rice mill. The seal bar, timer and spares are the same as our Standard model, so the seal quality is the same; the difference is that the Heavy Duty machine is built and warranted for continuous use.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects. The heating element and Teflon tape are wear parts and are not covered on either version – which is why spares come in the box.

Heavy Duty sizes and prices

Every Heavy Duty price is ₹1,000 above the Standard model of the same size, plus 18% GST, with free delivery. The cart adds 3% to 15% off on two or more of the same size.

When is Heavy Duty worth it?

• You seal more than about 300 packs a day, or the machine runs on two shifts.
• Two people share the sealer – one fills, one seals – so it rarely rests.
• A stopped sealer stops your dispatch, so a longer warranty is worth more than the price difference.
• You buy for a chain of shops or outlets and want one warranty period across all of them.

If none of these is true, the Standard impulse sealer costs ₹1,000 less at every size and is the sensible buy for lighter daily use.

Look after it and it lasts

1. Run the timer one step below the highest setting that seals your film.
2. Hold the arm 1–2 seconds after the light goes off so the seal sets under pressure.
3. Wipe the Teflon strip at the end of each day; change it at the first brown patch.
4. Keep the two spare elements from the box on the shelf, not in the store.

Every Heavy Duty sealer ships free from Faridabad: metro cities usually in 3 days, other cities in 5 to 6 days. An unused machine can be returned within 7 days with free pickup. The 5-year warranty runs from the invoice date and covers manufacturing defects; register your machine on the warranty registration page.
