Pallet Truck Spares & Wheels

A hand pallet truck fails in three places and this range is all three. Wheels go first - load wheels and steer wheels wear flat, pick up grit, and eventually make the truck hard to push and rough on the floor.

The hydraulic unit is next. When a truck lifts but will not hold, or lifts slowly, or leaks, the seals and the pump parts are the answer, and a seal kit costs a fraction of a new truck.

Then the structure and controls - forks, handle and the linkages between the handle and the pump. These take the abuse of daily use and of the occasional collision with a rack leg.

Choosing the right one

Wheels follow the floor, the same as on a new truck. If you are replacing nylon wheels that have been marking an epoxy floor, this is the moment to change to PU rather than fit the same thing again.

For hydraulics, send the truck make and a photograph of the unit. Pump bodies vary and a seal kit for the wrong one is money wasted.

If you run several trucks, buy wheels as a set and keep one set on the shelf. It is the single spare that keeps a dock working.

What this range will not do

New wheels will not fix a bent fork or a twisted frame. If the truck runs crooked, look at the structure before the wheels.

A seal kit will not repair a scored ram. If the leak returns quickly, the cylinder itself is the problem.

And there is a point where repairing costs more than replacing. We will say so when we see the photographs rather than sell you the parts.
