PackForge MLF200 Mini Liquid Filler Machine

What is a mini peristaltic liquid filler?

Rollers on a rotor press the tube flat against a curved track. As the rotor turns, each roller pushes a pocket of liquid ahead of it, and the controller counts the turns to deliver the volume you entered. Flow can reach 2000 ml a minute with water. The unit draws 40 W and accepts anything from 110 to 220 V, so an ordinary wall socket is enough.

It suits start-ups, labs and small cosmetic or perfume makers filling many different products in short runs. Results are steadiest between 5 and 1000 ml. Thick creams and gels do not suit a tube pump; the MPF50 handles those. When a litre-bottle business grows past bench scale, the LF Series is the step up.
