What is a pneumatic paste filling machine?

Thick product waits above a cylinder and is pulled in as the piston retracts. A valve then switches over, and the forward stroke pushes the measured dose out of a wide nozzle. Because air at 0.4 to 0.6 MPa drives the piston, it has the force to move heavy pastes that a gravity or tube pump filler would struggle with. The electrical side uses only 20 W.

Match the model to your main pack: PF100 covers 10 to 100 ml, PF500 takes 50 to 500 ml and PF1000 handles 100 to 1000 ml. The frames weigh 30, 35 and 40 kg. Free-flowing liquids suit the LF Series, pickle with whole pieces the 1000P, and tiny doses with no compressor the MPF50.

Filling ghee jars on the PF Series – 4 steps

   Prepare the productBring ghee or paste to the temperature you always fill at, so its thickness stays the same all shift.

   Connect the airFeed 0.4 to 0.6 MPa from the compressor and switch on the 20 W control supply.

   Set and test the doseSet the stroke for your jar inside the model's band, fill three jars and weigh each of them.

   Fill and cleanRun the batch, then flush the cylinder and nozzle before any product sets hard inside them.
