What is a round bottle labelling machine?

The bottle lies between rollers that spin it on its own axis. A sensor reads the gap between labels on the reel, the backing liner bends sharply over a peel edge, and the front edge of the label meets the turning bottle. As the bottle spins, the label is drawn on and pressed flat, so air does not get trapped. Placement stays within about 1 mm on just 120 W.

It suits pharma, cosmetic, food and Ayurvedic brands that label by hand today but have no conveyor. Rolls up to 300 mm across on a 75 mm core fit, and the 650 by 450 mm frame weighing 20 kg sits on a normal table. Ask for the RBL C if you also want coding. Flat packs need the FBL PN; a full line points to the ALM.

Labelling a round jar on the RBL – 4 steps

   Mount the reelFit the label roll on the 75 mm core holder and thread the liner around the peel edge and rewinder.

   Set for the diameterAdjust the rollers and guides for your bottle, anywhere from a slim 10 mm vial to a 130 mm jar.

   Position the labelFeed one trial bottle and move the label start point until the label sits at the right height.

   Run the batchLoad and remove bottles at a steady pace, up to 50 a minute, watching for creases or bubbles.
