PackForge MPF50 Manual Paste Filling Machine

What is a manual paste filling machine?

Paste sits in a 10 litre hopper above a cylinder. Pulling the lever draws the piston back and sucks a set volume in; pushing it forward sends that volume out through the nozzle into the jar. A stop on the stroke fixes the dose, so every fill matches the previous one whoever works the lever. The whole stand is 270 by 270 mm at the base and weighs 13 kg.

It makes a sound first filler for a workshop doing balms, ointments, hair gels or cream sample packs, at around 400 to 500 bottles an hour. Watery oils and toners are a poor match; pick the MLF200 for them. When doses pass 50 ml or one arm cannot keep up, move to the air-driven PF Series.
