The direct line

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Outside those hours, send the message anyway — it is read in the morning and answered in order.

Visitors are welcome, and for a machine over a certain size a visit is worth the trip — seeing a machine run with your own carton settles questions that a specification sheet cannot. Ring first so the machine you want to see is set up rather than in the middle of a build.

Which route to use

Sending an enquiry to the right place saves a day. Broadly:

• A price for a machine — the enquiry form, with your carton or load size. It reaches the person who prepares quotations.
• A spare part — tell us the machine and the part. A photograph of the old part is worth more than its name, because names vary between suppliers.
• A machine that has stopped — call rather than write. A stopped line is not an email conversation.
• Distributor or dealer enquiry — say which territory and what you already sell. We are open in India and in African markets.
• Export — say the destination port or city and whether you need us to arrange freight or you have your own forwarder.

What to include so the first reply is useful

A reply that asks you three questions back has wasted a day. Most of the time we need the same four things, and if they are in your first message the quotation comes back against them rather than against guesswork.

Carton or load dimensions in millimetres. Weight. How many you pack in a shift. Your delivery pin code, because freight is quoted to the address and not to the city.

Getting to us

Green Field Colony sits in Sector 41-42, Faridabad, on the southern edge of the Delhi capital region. From Delhi, most visitors come down the Mathura Road corridor; from Gurugram, across the Faridabad–Gurugram road. From the Faridabad metro line, an auto-rickshaw from the nearest station is a short ride, and the drivers know Green Field Colony by name.

Give the person driving "B-194, Green Field Colony, Sector 41-42" rather than a landmark. Sector numbers here are what people navigate by.

If you are coming a long way, ring the day before. It costs you a minute and it means the machine you want to see is set up rather than half-assembled on the bench.

What we cannot do over the phone

Give a firm price without your pack size. It is not obstruction — a strapping machine quoted against the wrong carton is a wrong quotation, and correcting it later is worse than asking now.

Diagnose a fault from a description alone, on a machine we have not seen. Send a photograph or a short video and the same call becomes useful immediately.

Commit to a delivery date before the order is booked, because the date depends on the build slot. It is on your order acknowledgement, in writing, rather than promised on a call and remembered differently by two people.

Escalating, if you need to

If a matter has not moved after two attempts, ask for it to be escalated and say so plainly. It goes to the management of Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd. rather than back into the same queue.

You should not have to do this, and when a customer does, we treat it as a failure at our end, not as an awkward customer making a fuss. Both are worth knowing before you need it.
