PackForge FBL PN Flat Bottle Labelling Machine

What is a flat bottle labelling machine?

The container lies on a fixture under a pressing plate. When the cycle starts, compressed air at 0.4 to 0.6 MPa brings the hold-down onto the pack, the label peels from its liner and a roller smooths it across the face from one edge to the other. Each label lands within about 1 mm of its mark. Output is 20 to 40 packs a minute, using just 120 W on 220 V.

It suits shampoo, lotion, detergent, lubricant and cosmetic brands whose packs are flat, oval or square. Label width can go up to 140 mm and length up to 100 mm, from a 10 mm minimum, on rolls up to 300 mm across with a 75 mm core. The body is only 300 by 200 mm and weighs 25 kg, so it fits a bench. Round bottles go faster on the RBL.

Labelling a flat bottle on the FBL PN – 4 steps

1. 1
Connect air and powerRun a hose giving 0.4 to 0.6 MPa and plug into a 220 V point; the machine draws only 120 W.
2. 2
Mount the label rollSlide the roll onto the 75 mm core holder, thread the liner and check the label is no more than 140 mm wide.
3. 3
Set the fixtureAdjust the guides so the container lies flat and the label lands exactly where your artwork mark is.
