Yes. Call first so it is set up, then bring your own carton or bag to the Faridabad works. Watching it seal your own pack beats any datasheet.

No. A distributor's customer gets the same warranty and the same spare-part prices as a direct buyer, and PackForge itself stays responsible for both warranty and spares.

Lay your widest bag flat, measure across the mouth and pick a longer bar. The 8 inch takes mouths up to 190 mm and the 12 inch up to 290 mm.

Same bar, timer and spares. Heavy Duty suits all-day use and carries 5 years' warranty, not 2. 12 inch: Standard ₹1,873 + ₹337 GST, Heavy Duty ₹2,873 + ₹517 GST.

PE, LDPE, HDPE and PP bags, with a 2 mm seal, off a 230 V socket. Foil, metallised and thick laminated pouches usually want constant heat; post a sample first.

The heating element and the PTFE (Teflon) strip above it. Life depends on film, time setting and daily count, so keep one of each spare; both are stocked.

When both hands are needed to hold the bag straight; a pedal frees them. The FS350 foot impulse sealer gives a 350 mm seal at ₹19,353 + ₹3,484 GST.

Pouches ride through on a belt while the band stays hot, with no wait between bags. The CS900 runs up to 12 m a minute, for ₹12,812 + ₹2,306 GST.

Each has a belt limit: CS900 3 kg, CS900LW / VW 5 kg, CS1100 10 kg, CS1680 15 kg. Sacks up to 50 kg suit the PS700A, which needs compressed air.

A constant-heat machine. The FS300D hot bar foot sealer keeps its bar hot and leaves a 10 mm seal on foil and laminated pouches, for ₹30,284 + ₹5,451 GST.

If the pack fits on a table, a machine is quicker. Pallets, coils and timber bundles are strapped where they stand with a pneumatic, battery or manual tool.

Semi automatic tables take 6 to 15 mm; the 101F and 101FF automatics 9 or 12 mm; the 101BPT battery tool 13 to 16 mm; the 19SST, steel strap.

On the 101H / 101L the operator places each carton and a strap takes about 1.5 seconds; ₹47,936 + ₹8,628 GST. The 101FF takes cartons off a conveyor with nobody at the arch.

Your present strap (PP or PET, and width), smallest and largest carton, straps per day, and whether packs come to a bench. Already run a machine? Give its model.

A semi automatic sealer set once for width and height. The top and bottom tape model lists about 800 to 1,200 cartons an hour at ₹69,730 + ₹12,551 GST.

A random sealer measures each box and resets itself. The 102TR runs at 24 m a minute on 48 to 76 mm tape, at ₹2,50,880 + ₹45,158 GST.

The 5050Z folds the four top flaps before taping, so the operator just pushes in the filled box, up to 25 a minute. Other models expect flaps folded by hand.

The 102TU takes 2 or 3 inch tape and cartons up to 500 mm wide and high. For small pharma or spare-part boxes, the 102TUS holds packs down to 80 mm.

Only if the load shifts. A firm carton wraps fine on the plain BW600. Light or stacked boxes slide as the table turns, so a top plate holds them.

The BW600 PLC takes boxes up to 600 mm a side and 50 kg; the plain BW600 is rated 100 kg. Bigger loads need a pallet wrapper such as the SW2100.

Mark out roughly 2.6 m by 1.65 m for the turntable pallet wrapper, plus room for a hand pallet truck. All five wrappers run on 220 or 230 V.

The SW2100 and BW600 PLC have pre-stretch carriages that stretch film before it reaches the load, so each wrap uses less. Tell us your loads per shift.

Yes: one wraps and seals the film, the other shrinks it. For low volumes, the LS5045 L-sealer with the SC5540 chamber is the simple pair, both on 220 V.

Only the smaller pair. Tunnels with the 5545A, WS6540 and SL4518 need 380 V, and the WS6540 tunnel alone is rated 21 kW, so check your supply first.

A chamber suits most food pouches; a nozzle type suits big or awkward bags. The VP260 table top gives a 260 mm seal for ₹30,643 + ₹5,516 GST.

In a flat chamber, brine creeps into the seal. The VP600V holds the pouch upright so liquid stays down. Use barrier pouches, as plain polythene loses vacuum.

Thin liquids like oil or phenyl suit the LF series, pastes like ghee or sauce the PF series, pickle with pieces the 1000P, and tea or masala by weight the PGF200.

The LF, PF and 1000P are piston fillers worked by 0.4 to 0.6 MPa air, so budget a compressor. The MLF200 runs a 40 W pump; the MPF50 is hand-operated.

For a foil inner seal on short runs, the IS100 hand-held induction sealer costs ₹9,499 + ₹1,710 GST. Screw caps suit the DEC80 or CL40, crown corks the PCC.

Round bottles and jars go on the RBL, which rolls the label round them, at ₹42,112 + ₹7,580 GST. Flat and oval bottles need the FBL PN instead.

A hand pallet truck lifts a pallet just clear of the floor to move it; ours is rated 2.5 ton at ₹13,270 + ₹2,389 GST. Racking needs a stacker.

Pick by your floor: tell us if it is smooth concrete, tiles or a rough yard. Nylon and PU wheels, load rollers and hydraulic seal kits are kept in stock.

Check the load chart: capacity drops with height. The PS2.0 is rated 2000 kg with up to 3500 mm lift; the PS1.5S semi electric lifts 1500 kg to 3000 mm.

Yes. The DT0.5 carries a 572 mm steel drum, the DT0.3 grips the rim and lifts it 400 mm, and the DS0.35 lifts 350 kg to 1600 mm and tilts it.

The 3 HP electric chaff cutter runs on 230 V single phase, cuts roughly 500 to 800 kg of green fodder an hour, and costs ₹23,200 + ₹4,176 GST.

Diesel suits long seasons on heavy, clayey or wet paddy soil; the 7 HP diesel weighs 110 to 130 kg. Small scattered plots favour the lighter 7 HP petrol model.

How deep the water lies and the total head to the field. The 6.5 HP petrol pump lifts from about 7 m against 26 to 30 m; ₹9,140 + ₹1,645 GST.

At least 12 months against manufacturing defects. Blades, belts and filters are wear parts and not covered, but we stock them, with carburettors, pull starters and gear parts.

Free to any Indian PIN code. In Delhi NCR a stocked machine arrives the same day when ordered by 5 PM, Monday to Saturday; other metro cities take about 3 days and other towns 5 to 6, Sundays excluded. You may also collect it.

Yes, on every order, raised at despatch with the details your accounts team needs for input credit. Prices show the base rate plus GST, so nothing is hidden.

They are printed on each quotation. A built-to-order machine usually takes an advance and the balance against despatch; stock machines and spares are simpler. Raise fixed credit terms at enquiry.

We export to African markets and handle packing, documents and freight. Quotes are EXW, FOB or CIF, paid in advance or by LC; send us the LC draft before it is opened.

At least 12 months from invoice against manufacturing defects. PackForge impulse sealers carry 2 years (Standard) or 5 years (Heavy Duty). Longer cover is printed on your invoice.

Wear parts such as blades, rollers, belts, element wire and PTFE tape; strap, tape and film; damage from power faults or misuse; and machines modified without our agreement.

Send a photo of the old part, the machine's rating plate and the part's measurement; for blades, element wire and belts, length matters. Wear parts are held for every model.

Engineers visit sites in Delhi NCR, and visit-based AMC is offered only there. Elsewhere we help by phone, WhatsApp and video, and send parts. Each AMC is written for your machines and shifts.

Not until you check out. Standard items can be paid online at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking; for anything configured we send a quotation showing the full amount before you pay.

Because it is, and you should know before buying. Office stationery, safety items and bags come from other manufacturers and we supply them; each product page says so.

The page shows the base price with its GST, and delivery is free. The binding figure is on your quotation or order confirmation, valid until its printed date.
