These are the questions that come up most often on the phone. They are grouped the way a purchase actually runs — choosing, buying, receiving, running — rather than by department.
If yours is not here, ring +91 95822 69346. A question that is not on this list is usually a good question, and it often ends up here afterwards.
With the pack, not the catalogue. Send the carton or load dimensions in millimetres, the weight, and how many you do in a shift. That is enough for a shortlist, and a photograph of the packing bench is worth more than a paragraph of description.
Volume decides it, and the honest threshold is lower than most suppliers admit. A semi automatic machine with an operator handles steady daily volumes perfectly well; a fully inline machine earns its cost when the operator becomes the bottleneck or when the line cannot stop. We will tell you which yours is, including when the cheaper answer is right.
Usually, and it is worth matching rather than changing. Tell us the strap width and thickness, or the tape width, and we will specify around it.
Both, and the site says which is which on every product. The packaging, sealing and material handling machines are designed, assembled and run-tested at our own works in Faridabad. Selected components — sealing heads, motors, pneumatics, control parts — are imported from established suppliers in China and Taiwan and inspected here before assembly.
That is a newly launched line and it is bought in. It is selected and supplied by PackForge Industries, not built at our Faridabad works, and every page in that range says so.
Also bought in. Sourced from established manufacturers and supplied by us; not built here.
PackForge Industries is a division of Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd. Machines listed from the Fulcrum Infratech product catalogue are supplied, installed and serviced by that company — the same company, the same works.
No, and they are marked as indicative. A firm price comes on the quotation against your configuration, ex-works, with GST and freight quoted separately.
Because a bundled price has to assume an average destination, which means one buyer subsidises another and neither can check what they paid. Quoted separately, you can compare the machine properly and use your own transporter if your rate is better.
The validity is printed on it. Component prices move.
Wear parts are held in stock for every model we sell. Send a photograph of the old part and the machine plate and the right one goes out.
Yes, written against your machines and your shift pattern rather than sold as a package. We will also tell you when a machine does not need one.
The period is on your quotation and invoice, against the machine you bought. The terms differ between the machines we build and the lines we buy in, which is why there is no single figure on this site.
For our own machines and the Fulcrum catalogue models, yes. Most faults are resolved with a call, a photograph and a part, and we will say which yours needs.
Yes. Come to the works and bring your own carton — watching a machine run your pack settles questions a specification cannot. Ring first so it is set up.
We supply across India from Faridabad and export to African markets. Freight is quoted to your pin code.
Yes, in India and in African markets. A distributor's customer gets the same warranty and the same spare parts pricing as a direct customer.
Because it is, and you should know before you buy rather than afterwards. The agriculture line and the office, safety and bags ranges are bought in from other manufacturers. The packaging, sealing and material handling machines are built at our own works. Every page says which it is.
Because a firm price depends on your configuration, and a number on a web page that turns out not to be the price is worse than no number. The quotation is the price.
No. The cart holds an enquiry. Nothing on this site takes payment.
In the bought-in ranges, no — that brand belongs to its owner and we make no claim to it. The intellectual property page sets this out.
Tell us the requirement and the standard your plant works to, and we will say honestly what the machine does and does not meet. We will not claim a certification we do not hold.
Most bench machines here are designed for exactly that, and training is part of a commissioning visit. The machines that genuinely need an experienced operator are the ones we will tell you about before you buy.
We sell new machines. If you are considering a used machine from elsewhere, we will still supply the wear parts for it where they are ours to supply.
Yes. Send a photograph of the part and the machine plate and we will tell you honestly whether ours fits.
The works in Faridabad is where machines are seen running. Ring first and bring your carton.
