Downloads

Documents are issued against a request rather than left as open files, and there is a practical reason for it: a catalogue downloaded eighteen months ago and quoted back at us is a problem for both sides. When you ask, you get the current one.

Company documents

Company Profile & Presentation

PackForge does not publish these as files on the site yet, so they are sent against a request, on WhatsApp or by email to your purchase team. Ask and it comes back addressed to you rather than as a generic download.

Company Profile

Who PackForge Industries is, the works at Faridabad, the machines built here and the catalogue supplied through Fulcrum Infratech — the document a purchase team asks for before a vendor form.

Request the profile

Company Presentation

The same material as slides, for sharing with a plant head, a consultant or a project team who will not read a PDF in a meeting.

Request the presentation

Everything below is available today. Ask for what you need and it is sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you give us, usually the same working day.

What you can ask for, and how

For one machine

Documents for a machine you are looking at

Tell us which machine and the document comes back filled in for it — not a generic sheet. If you are still choosing, send your carton or bag size instead and we will send the sheet for the machine that fits.

📄
Machine datasheet

Dimensions, power, and what the machine is built to take — for one model, filled in against your carton or bag rather than left blank.

📑
Quotation with a drawing

A price against your load, with a drawing showing the machine against your carton size. Send the dimensions and it comes back drawn.

Spare parts list

The wear parts for one model, with part names as they appear on the machine, so your stores can order without guessing.

Operating manual

How the machine is set, run and cleaned, and what the operator should check daily.

Installation notes

What the machine needs before it arrives — floor, power, air, and the space to work around it.

Electrical details

Supply, phase and load for a specific model, for your electrician to check against the bench before the machine is delivered.

By range

Catalogue for a range

The range you are buying from, with the models in it and what separates them. Ask for the one you need rather than a catalogue of everything — it is shorter and it answers your question.

GST and invoice details

Our GSTIN and billing particulars, so your accounts team can raise the purchase order correctly the first time.

Cannot find the document you need?

Describe it in a line — the machine, the range, or what your buyer has asked you for — and we will send it or tell you plainly that it does not exist.

Nothing on this page is a stored file. Every document is prepared or checked before it is sent, which is why it is issued against a request — the reasoning is set out below.

What you can ask for

  • Product catalogue — the range as it stands, with the specification of each machine. Useful for circulating internally before a decision is taken.
  • Spare parts list — the wear parts held for each model, so your stores can build a kit rather than order one part at a time.
  • Machine datasheet — a single model, in full. Ask for this rather than the whole catalogue if you already know what you want.
  • General arrangement drawing — issued for approval where a project needs it.
  • Commercial documents — GST registration details and company particulars for your vendor onboarding form.

Vendor registration and onboarding

Most plants of any size will not raise a purchase order until the supplier is on their vendor master. That form usually wants company particulars, GST registration, bank details on letterhead and a declaration or two.

Send us the form. Filling it in is quicker for us than describing what we would put in it, and it removes a week from the front of your order.

A note on what we do not publish

We do not publish a certification we do not hold, and we do not reproduce another manufacturer's certificate as though it were ours.

Where a machine is one we buy in rather than build — the agriculture line, and the office, safety and bags ranges — the documents we can supply are the ones that come with it. We will tell you which those are rather than promising a document we cannot produce.

How to ask

Say which document and which machine, and give the address it should go to. If it is going to a purchase team rather than to you, say that too and we will address it to them so it does not arrive looking like a forwarded email.

For a document your finance or audit team needs by a date, say the date. It is easier to prioritise a request that carries one.

Which document you actually want

Buyers routinely ask for the catalogue when the catalogue is not what they need, and then spend a week extracting one figure from it. It is worth thirty seconds to pick correctly.

You are still choosing — ask for datasheets for two or three machines, not the catalogue. A comparison of three sheets is more useful than eighty pages.

You have chosen and need internal approval — the datasheet plus the quotation. Those two together are what a purchase committee acts on.

You are planning the installation — the datasheet for utilities and the general arrangement drawing for space and access.

You are stocking spares — the spare parts list for your models, not the whole range.

You are onboarding us as a vendor — send your form and we will complete it.

Keeping documents current

Specifications improve as machines improve, so a document has a life. When you ask, the version you get is the current one, and if a figure has changed since a sheet you already hold we will tell you rather than let you discover it at installation.

If you have circulated a datasheet inside your organisation and we later correct something on it, tell us who received it and we will send the correction to them too.

Sharing documents inside a large organisation

Once a specification is circulating in a plant it stops being one document and becomes several, and by the time a decision is taken nobody is sure which version anyone read.

Two habits fix it. Keep the file name we send you rather than renaming it, because the name carries the model and the issue. And when you forward it, forward the file rather than pasting the figures into an email — a table retyped by hand is a table with a typing error in it, and that error will be discovered at installation.

File formats and sizes

Documents are sent as PDF, because that is what survives being forwarded through a purchase department without reflowing. A drawing can be issued in the format your engineering team asks for — say which when you request it.

If your organisation's mail system rejects attachments over a size limit, tell us and we will send a link instead. It is a common restriction in larger plants and it is easier to work around in advance than to discover when nothing arrives.

Questions we are asked

Why is there no direct download link?

Because a stale document in circulation causes more trouble than the click it saves. Ask and the current version comes to you the same working day, within working hours.

Can I get the catalogue without giving my details?

We need an address to send it to. We use it to send the document and to answer your enquiry, and nothing else — see the privacy policy.

Do you have documents in languages other than English?

The catalogue and datasheets are in English. For export enquiries, tell us what the destination requires and we will tell you what we can produce.

Can I get a printed catalogue?

Yes, on request, and if you are visiting the works you can take one with you.

Can you send documents to more than one address?

Yes. Give us the addresses — engineering, purchase, stores — and each gets the document it needs rather than everyone getting everything.

Do you have a video of the machine running?

For many models, yes, and it is often more useful than a document. Ask and say which machine.

Can I have everything for one machine in a single file?

Yes. Ask for the machine pack and you get the datasheet, the wear parts list and the drawing where one exists, as one document.
