Help Centre

This is the desk you reach when you want something specific and you do not want to be sent round a menu to find it. Everything below is a real page, written by the people who build and despatch the machines, and every one of them ends with a way to reach a human being.

We’re here to help

Whether you are choosing a machine, chasing a despatch or need a document, the people who build and send the machines are the ones who answer. Pick what suits you — or call +91 95822 69346 or +91 99100 10209.

PackForge Industries is a division of Fulcrum Infratech Pvt. Ltd. The packaging, sealing and material handling machines are designed, assembled and run-tested at our own works in Faridabad, Haryana. That matters here because it decides who answers your question: on our own machines the person on the phone can walk to the machine, and on the lines we buy in we say so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

Before you buy

Most buyers arrive with a carton size, a load weight or a line speed rather than a model number, and that is the sensible way round. Send those and the shortlist comes back against them, including the times when the cheaper machine is the right answer.

If you already know the model, ask for the datasheet and the quotation together so the specification and the commercial terms travel as one document to your purchase team.

After you have ordered

An order acknowledgement carries the model, the configuration you approved, the commercial terms and the despatch plan. Keep it: every later conversation about your order is faster if you can quote its reference.

Once the machine leaves us, the transporter's docket number is what tracks it. We send that to you rather than making you ask for it.

After the machine is running

A packing line does not stop politely. Wear parts — heater blades, cutters, belts, rollers, seals, wheels — are held in stock for every model we sell, so a line is not down waiting on one component to be made.

If something is wrong rather than worn, say so early. A machine that is behaving oddly is a cheaper conversation than a machine that has stopped.

Shipping outside India

We supply across India and export to African markets, with export packing, documentation and freight handled from our end. An export enquiry is answered differently from a domestic one, because the packing, the paperwork and the payment route all change.

Who answers what

There is no switchboard here, so it is worth knowing who picks up. Sales answers anything before a purchase order — sizing, shortlists, quotations, datasheets. Stores and despatch answer anything about a part, a package count or a docket. Accounts answers invoices, e-way bills, GST and vendor forms. Service answers a machine that is not behaving.

You do not have to work out which is which. Say what the question is about in the first sentence and it is routed in one step instead of three.

The one thing worth doing yourself is choosing the channel. A stopped line is a phone call. A specification question is an email, because it produces a document. Anything visual — a worn part, a bad seal, a carton that will not sit square — is WhatsApp, because a photograph ends the conversation that words would extend.

What this Help Centre does not cover

It does not size a machine for you. No page can, because sizing depends on your carton, your volume and your floor, and a website that pretends otherwise sells the wrong machine.

It does not quote a price. The rates on this site are indicative and marked as such; a firm price comes on a quotation against your configuration.

And it does not replace the manual that ships with the machine. The manual is the authority on settings and safe operation, and these pages never contradict it.

If you are not the person who will use the machine

A good share of the enquiries here come from somebody buying on behalf of a plant they do not work in — a purchase officer, a consultant, a group head office. That is entirely normal and it changes one thing: the questions we need answered are held by somebody else.

Rather than relaying answers back and forth, put us on a call with the person at the bench for ten minutes. It settles in one conversation what four emails will not, and the specification that comes out of it will survive contact with the shop floor.

Questions we are asked

Do I have to create an account to get a price?

No. Send the enquiry and the quotation comes back to the email or WhatsApp number you gave us. An account is only useful if you want your past enquiries in one place.

Can I speak to someone who actually knows the machine?

Yes, and that is the point of the phone number rather than a ticket form. Call +91 95822 69346 between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Say the model or describe the job and you will be put through to someone who can answer it.

I do not know which machine I need. Where do I start?

Send the carton or load dimensions, the weight, and roughly how many you pack in a shift. That is enough for a shortlist. A photograph of the packing bench helps more than a paragraph of description.

Is the price on the website the price I pay?

The rates shown on the site are indicative and marked as such. A firm price comes on the quotation, against your configuration, and is ex-works with GST and freight quoted separately.

Is there a charge for technical advice?

No. Sizing a machine correctly is part of selling it, and an hour spent on the phone before the order saves both of us far more than it costs.

Can I get help with a machine bought years ago?

Yes. Give us the order reference or photograph the serial plate and we will look up what was supplied, including which wear parts it takes.

Cannot find what you need?

Call +91 95822 69346 or send an enquiry and a person will read it, not a queue.
