PackForge TC1080 Turnover Conveyor

What is a turnover conveyor?

Cartons roll in from your line onto a roller bed 1550 mm long and 1080 mm wide. As each carton moves forward, the turning section tips it over and sets it down on its other face. Travel speed is 16 to 18 metres per minute. The unit stands 750 mm high, a height to compare with your current conveyors. Each carton may weigh up to 60 kg and measure up to 900 mm on the diagonal.

FMCG, e-commerce and export packing lines that tape or label both faces get the most use from it. Place it between a carton sealer and a labeller, or ahead of an inspection table. Loose bundles must be strapped or wrapped first. For flat pouches going under a coder, the IC300FS is the right fit; for loading vehicles, see the TLC.
