What is a feeding and stacking conveyor?

A friction feeder at the infeed holds a pile of pouches, cards or carton blanks and pushes out the bottom piece. It drops onto a 300 mm wide belt, 1500 mm long, which carries it past the print or label head with a gap between items. At the outfeed the pieces collect again in a neat pile. The motor draws 90 W from a 220 V, 50 Hz socket, and the belt runs 750 mm above the floor.

Small brands and contract packers use it to batch-code laminated pouches, label carton blanks or print on cards. The unit only feeds; the code itself comes from your own inkjet or thermal printer fixed over the belt. Keep loads light, within 15 kg on the belt. For turning sealed boxes on a packing line, the TC1080 turnover conveyor does that job.

   Load the hopperSquare up a stack of pouches or cartons and place it in the feeder, with the face to be printed where the coder can reach.

   Set the feed gapAdjust the separator so only one piece leaves at a time. Test it with your thinnest and thickest items.

   Align the coderFix the printer or labeller over the 300 mm belt and set its trigger to fire as each item passes.

   Collect the stackSwitch on at the 220 V socket, check the first few codes, then lift finished piles off the outfeed end.
