What is a hydraulic hand table truck?

A foot pedal works a hydraulic pump under the table, and each push raises the top a little. A release lever lets it back down. The TT350 has a 905 x 500 mm table, starts at 350 mm and rolls on 125 mm wheels; it weighs 106 kg. The TT1000 has a larger 1200 x 610 mm table, starts at 500 mm and runs on 150 mm wheels, at 225 kg.

Tool rooms, assembly lines and stores use the TT350 for parts, jigs and boxes. The TT1000 suits press shops moving dies and moulds up to a machine bed. Brake the castors before working on the table, and keep hammering or pressing for a fixed bench. To raise a whole pallet rather than loose items, choose the PT1.5HL high lift pallet truck.

   Pick the sizeUse the TT350 for items up to 350 kg; heavier dies and moulds, up to 1000 kg, belong on the TT1000.

   Load it lowSet the item centrally on the table at its lowest height, 350 or 500 mm, so the weight sits evenly.

   Roll and pumpPush the truck to the machine, brake the castors and pump with your foot until the table meets the bed.

   Slide acrossEase the die or part onto the machine, then let the table down before moving the truck away.
